This salon kept coming up on my Instagram. I decided to take a chance on this salon. My whole experience with Alia Rose was amazing from booking to check out. It's always scary to try a new salon for color. When I saw some of their work online, I decided to give them a try. When I called to make my appointment the person who answered the phone was friendly and took her time. I asked questions about their payment methods. Stylist is able to take cash/venmo/zelle/ or even a check for tip. Nice that they offer all of these options. The salon is located on a busy street with street parking. There is a pedestrian cross walk right in front of the salon. I was greeted promptly and the interior of the salon was beautiful. I was scheduled with Emilee for my full highlight and touch up. She listened to my thoughts and took the time to explain pricing up front. I appreciated that she told me what to expect right away as the salon sticker shock is never pleasant. What I also noticed is that everyone who worked here seemed genuinely happy and that they enjoyed their work. Staff helped each other out and complimented their co-workers color and styles. My color turned out great and I am happy with the results. I already pre-booked my next appointment. Thankful for a salon closer to home with great customer service. I have heard of this salon over the years as I have a couple friends that go here. This is probably one of the prettiest and most well appointed salons I have ever been to. The staff, and I mean the entire staff from the front desk to the colorist and the shampoo girl, were beyond sweet. I had a great experience with Kailey, my colorist. She heard my plight and did an epic job at fixing my mess. I was in the chair for about three hours. A great experience here - I'm very happy with my hair color and I feel like I made a friend.
