Most of the reviews on here complain about the noise hint don't book a hotel next to a major road then and we had NO PROBLEM at all about the traffic nothing out of the normal or anything to stop you from sleeping, the hotel main areas were clean and so were our 2 connecting rooms we requested. The shower pressure was great and hot and the provided body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the shower smelled good. There is a 50 inch TV that is rare in most hotels which made watching tv nice. Only complaint is that the breakfast options far as meat were not good only sausage, no bacon or ham like really come on but the pancakes and the machine are nice. Overall great hotel and stay for our fam of 5 would return no doubt about it oh there are a ton of food options close to hotel

    Very nice motel.

My first time in Tru, and I'll stay again. The atmosphere is nice and colorful and youthful. The staff was super friendly at check/in and at breakfast. The room was simple and clean and very nice with a large bathroom. The lobby has foosball, and TVs, and a fitness center room. The wall mural that has "Lancaster" on it is cool.

This hotel is located in PA 35 minutes from Hershey Park, 5 minutes from the Amish Country, and 5 minutes from the Sight & Sound Theater. It has a 24hr IHOP across the street with several other restaurants. There is also a Tanger Outlet about 10 mins away. The hotel was great for my one night stay. Its clean, the staff were pleasant, and they had a great continental breakfast. One of the best I have had. They also serve fresh coffee all day in the lobby. The room is basic but clean and didn't have any issues. The only negative is it didn't have a microwave. The price was about $220 a night for the weekend.

I'm all new to the Hilton profolio.. So for the first time ever being at one. I was impressed with the layout and all. But not impressed. That my room was not ready... I checked in online for 3pm arrived. Got there at 5pm. Room was not ready. Was told they have to give me another room. So for the ease of using digital key and going to my room. Was a bummer because I had to go to front desk anyway. After they gave me a room. The room I got had a broken toliot seat. So to start the night hear was not what I excepted... Except much better. Especially for my first ever time. On the positive side. The rooms are nice... Beds we're very comfortable. The lounge is nice to hangout drink a cup of coffee or hangout with freinds and family. They have alot of board games u can play. The next morning had free breakfast very good to.... Get down in the lobby for breakfast early. It gets packed. You get the choice of alot. Eggs, bagels and Donuts, yogurt, cereal and different juices. I'm not sure if I will go back to this location again. Unless the staff improves.

No dressers, no closet, no microwave, no coffee maker, no ice bin or cups, one chair in a room with 2 beds and the worst pillows ever!

One of my favorite touches was the enclosed walkway between the parking garage and the hotel, where historic photographs line the walls, telling the story of the grand department store that once occupied the building before it was transformed into the Marriott you see today. It's a neat little glimpse into Lancaster's past. The parking garage is just around the corner and connects directly to the hotel via the skywalk. That said, I'd recommend pulling into the front entrance first to check in and unload your luggage before parking--it'll save you from hauling bags through the garage. We booked a corner room, and I think it's easily the best value in the hotel. The extra windows offer great views of downtown from two sides, making the room feel much more open and bright. The indoor pool is modest but perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. There's also a well-equipped fitness center and spa for anyone looking to unwind or keep up with their workout routine. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant and bar. It's well worth stopping in for the views alone, whether you're grabbing dinner or just enjoying a drink. One thing to know, though: at the time of writing, access is from the exterior entrance rather than directly through the hotel. Overall, if you're planning a visit to Lancaster or exploring Amish Country, this is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced, and full of character, it's hard to beat as a home base for your trip.

Our two-bed room was spacious and comfortable, and I was ecstatic to find a microwave in the room! That little convenience made a big difference, especially while traveling with our babygirl. We were on the first floor, and our room overlooked the formal ballroom. The resort itself is HUGE and, honestly, felt a little like a maze at first. But once we figured things out, we loved exploring everything it had to offer. One of our favorite features was the three pools--one indoor and two outdoor. The indoor pool also has a sauna, which was a nice bonus. We went to the indoor pool our first night, but it was overly crowded, so for the rest of our stay, we gravitated toward the outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool because it was much more spacious and gave our babygirl plenty of room to practice her swimming. There's also a splash zone for the kiddos, although our little one wasn't interested in that at all. She wanted to do what the big kids were doing, the pool. Another nice touch was the outdoor food truck, which offered quick handheld bites along with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. It was convenient when we wanted something to eat or drink without having to leave the pool area. Our room was cleaned daily and fully restocked, which we really appreciated. Eden Resort and Suites was the perfect place for our family getaway. We felt comfortable, had plenty to do, and made some great memories together. Hubby asked me if I would return... My answer? ABSOLUTELY! We would definitely stay here again!

Baby made a mess 1st night and they handled professionally and friendly -5/5 Pools and kids splash zone were excellent. Only complaint is that they were packed like sardines. Also kids splash zone had a lot of adults with 0 sense on how to act. They went into pools wearing outside clothes and shoes, and some were using kids splash pad as a shower. Not so much Eden issue as id*otic guests - 4/5 Now here is where story gets interesting. Storms knocked out the power on 4th of July to all of Lancaster. Hotel had no power, pools closed, fridges defrosting, no phone charging. Did it suck - yes. Is it fault of Eden - no. All of Lancaster had no power and downed trees. We slept 2nd night in pitch dark with no AC and it was just fine. Hotel refunded 2nd night promptly so ended up paying just for 1st night. Can't seriously blame the resort for power outage caused by storms

There's a small lake with ducks, a playground, a fire pit area, and a nice seating area. They have a restaurant on sight, but we did not eat there. They also have a small gift shop. They did a great job at keeping things looking clean. The free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. They had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. We plan to stay there the next we are in town. We have already recommended the place to several people!

Secondly, the provided breakfast was very disappointing. So much so that we went shopping for breakfast items to keep in our room as we had no interest in dining out each morning. Also, our suite did lack robes which made it much harder to remain comfortable while we relaxed after soaking in our hot tub and during our morning breakfasts in room. That being said, if you'd prefer prepared breakfasts, there is a great couple cafes just on the other side of the parking garage that open fairly early. Just don't expect this hotel to satisfy any real hunger in the morning. To summarize what was available: Overly lemon juice coated fruits Plain white bread products with a toaster Scrambled powdered eggs and bacon so thin it doesn't even taste like bacon Cereal/milk Oatmeal Overcooked hard boiled eggs (green ring around yolks) I think I saw yogurt on people's tables but it was gone when we arrived. Lastly, the tables in the breakfast room are very wobbly. We moved once and it was still an issue at the next so that was about the time we left. That being said, here are the things we loved: -Great ambiance in the lobby with a couple games and sketchbooks to pass time. -Friendly front desk staff -charming suite with spacious hot tub and powerful shower -comfortable couches, bed, and chairs -in suite table was sturdy and did not wobble -proximity to cafes and shops -free parking -restaurant on site; for dinner only. -nearby park/trail decent for jogging/walking
