My husband had their perro combo -- a hot dog Latin American style. The hot dog was in a bun and was covered with bacon, cheese, pink sauce, ketchup, quail eggs, pineapple sauce, and potato sticks. Even though it's a "light" meal, my stomach occasionally feels a little off afterward, so it may not quite meet the highest quality standards. I personally wouldn't return without my grandparents asking me to go, but, it's still a reliable and filling meal. I'll likely try either the roasted half chicken next time or stick with the broiled snapper, which I prefer out of everything I've tried so far.
