Tru nature offers smoothies, juices, wellness shots, açaí bowls and much more. My favorite is the PB(peanut butter) bowl and the peanut butter smoothie. The paintings in the store make it very welcoming and appealing for all visitors. There are areas to sit inside and outside so if you have a dog that is fine:) There are fresh fruits everyday and you can pick from a few different types of fruit to put on top of your creation. Found this place when I went to drop my niece off at work. There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot in this strip mall area. Such a colorful decor! I was drawn in by all the art and vibrant colors. There's plenty of bright, colorful seating available inside. The young lady working was friendly and quick with my order. What's nice is the various different sizes available to order. I ordered a 16oz of the Delhi Belly and The Glow Shot. This is maybe the third wellness shot I've taken ever (all within two days ) and it was pleasantly delicious! At least much tastier than turmeric and ginger . This is my favorite place ever, I live 30 minutes away but I go at least once a week. I have tried every acai bowl place I come across and nothing compares to tru nature- they have the best tasting bowls for the best price and they are a good size. The place is very beautiful and "instagrammable"- love the artwork. I do wish it was easier to earn rewards because it takes a lot of visits to get a free bowl. Today I had the peanut butter bowl and it will not get that again. I don't even think it had acai in it. Way too much peanut butter. Way too heavy and did not feel like I just had something healthy. I do wish that they would finely slice the fruit that they put on top. The bowls come with agave or honey on the top. I think it is too sweet with the added sweetener. This was my first time at Tru Nature Juice Bar since my recent obsession is açaí bowls! I was able to customize my bowl instead of ordering one of the pre-made bowls which was nice. I wasn't able to get half of their green base and half açaí base unless I ordered a large sized bowl. I love fruits and was a bit disappointed in the selection they had. They only had fresh banana's, strawberries, and pineapple and the cashier mentioned any other fruits were frozen so there wasn't a significant selection of fresh fruits to add to my bowl as I would typically order from any açaí place. I asked for almonds for one of my 5 toppings and received walnuts instead but by the time I realized it, I had already left the store. When I asked for peanut butter as one of my toppings, I expected a drizzle of it over the bowl, however, I received it in a big chunk with the walnuts mixed in. The açaí itself seemed as if it had been frozen and taken out of the freezer upon my order instead of freshly blended made to order. When my order was finally done and I was called to the counter to pick it up, I had to wipe down my bowl before leaving the store because there were juices and a sticky feeling around it. It was very fresh, naturally sweetened, and tasty. There menu is composed of bowls, smoothies, juices, and shots. Everything is made fresh to order. I got the acai green and my hubby got the Caribbean passion. It's set up like Starbucks, you order and slide down to the pick up to get your order. There is also a rewards system for frequents. I also had the opportunity to eat a vegan brownie with coconut and walnut chocolate vegan brownie. Around the front counter is loads of heathy snacks to grab something to go. Was introduced to tru nature through a peer and word of it spread like wildflower at work. My friends and I are obsessed. I don't even live in the area anymore and I still go out of my way to get a fruit bowl when I can. The price is great. Comparing it to other smoothie places, tru nature is cheaper and supplies a significantly larger portion. All the fruit they use is fresh and you can see what they're using. The decor is beautiful with the painted wall art and the colorful tables and chairs. It's always clean, which is something I'm huge on with food establishments. The staff is always kind and whenever I see the owners he's hustling. Yesterday he made my berry bowl and placed all the topping on to look like a flower. Some other things to consider is it's right next door to a gym so you can get your workout on and reward yourself with a juice, smoothie, or shot. This place NEVER disappoints. I know $8 seems a bit much for an açaí smoothie bowl, but in other cities it's usually $12+ for a smaller portion than what this place gives. I've tried the Buddha belly (shown in picture), berry bowl, and Nutella bowl. I'm a big fan of the Buddha belly but my go-to is the berry bowl because I love strawberries! The chocolate in the Buddha belly is a plus. After ordering a bowl, you can choose your 2 fruit toppings (strawberry, bananas, pineapple) then you get granola, coconut flakes, and either honey or agave to top it off! My husband and I first fell in love with açaí bowls while on our honeymoon in Hawaii. We've had several in the Winter Garden/Windermere area, and now that we've discovered Tru Nature our quest to find the best açaí in the area has come to an end. Not only is Tru Nature better than other local spots, I find it better than what we had in Oahu. The people here are friendly, the menu is vast (be sure to check the specials), and there's almost always a discount via Facebook on their already reasonably priced bowls.
