The secretary told me we aren't taking any more patients today. So I asked if the waiting room was full, and she said no it's empty. So I asked if they could please take us and that we could be there in 5 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes later to clinic that was open but had no doctor. She knew we were on our way, took my name and left right after 5 minutes instead of waiting. First of all, the clinic is open until 7! How dare you turn patients away as of 6:30 and then actually LEAVE before closing time. I am so disgusted by what happened this evening. Then the secretaries tried to tell me that I was 20 min late which was a LIE! Absolutely awful service on all counts. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and equally embarrassed. You have taken an oath to care and serve people; shame on you all. I will never step foot in this clinic again and highly recommended no one else does either. How can the doctor leave before closing time?! And when you have promised to wait on a patient who you know is on the way. Atrocious. Not to mention the attitude that we were met with as I held my 18 month old baby waiting to be seen. I have never been so disgusted by a clinic.

I should have asked my self...? why is this walk inn clinic so EMPTY with no one in site expect yourself and staff...? I am assuming there is -no wait time- to see the doctor only because no patients return back! This walk in clinic is unprofessional Alluara Medical Center & Pharmacy 2 Alluara Blvd unit 11-12 Aurora Ontario l4g3s5 This is a big concern everyone needs to be aware of, I have also emailed the cpso of Canada regarding this matter. Dr Okhravi Pooneh is getting paid under the table by her patients to write inaccurate reports and prescribe unnecessary prescription to clients because they asked her to do so. I am very concerned about Dr.Okhravi Pooneh and her professionalism as a doctor of Ontario Dr.Okhravi Pooneh has been prescribing my baby who is only a 1 year old infant -Flovent HFA 50 mcg inhaler  -Ventolin HFA 100 mcg inhaler  She has done NO testing exams assessment before prescribing anything to an infant. My baby kept getting sick, plently of break-outs of rashes/hives all over the body and bad diarrhea fever cough vomiting. Watching my baby getting only sicker I wanted to get some professional help, I took my baby to a practitioner and explained everything. Come to find out my baby has -NO RECORDS OF ASTHMA- Also: -Flovent HFA 50 mcg inhaler  -Ventolin HFA 100 mcg inhaler  SHOULD NOT BE PRESCRIBED TO A 1 YEAR OLD INFANT ON MANY OCCASIONS! (MINIMUM IS 5 YEARS OLD) now because the unnecessary prescribing of prescription my baby is having many health problems due to Dr.Okhravi Pooneh Dr.Okhravi Pooneh also kept referring my baby to sick kids hospital psychiatrists. YES, You heard right!! A psychiatrist. Even the hospital staff thought Dr.Okhravi Pooneh has mental health issues herself to even referr an infant to a psychiatrist? Hospital staff had big concerns about this doctor and told me to immediately print out my medical reports and find a family doctor and not to go back to this doctor! Returning back to Alluara Medical Center for last time, I asked for my babys medical reports She refused to give me the medical records and told me that once I find family doctor they can ask for the medical records. At this point, I knew she was an odd doctor. I didnt leave the walk inn clinic I called another doctors office for advice, They said if I pay $25/fee she has to give me my babys medical records once she heard what was said over the phone she stopped her game and printed my babys medical records along with $25/fee. After all that trouble. I said thank you and left the clinic As I walk to my car which is located near the McDonalds parking lot I see Dr.Ohkravi Pooneh following me? I mean I didnt forget anything at the clinic? As I rush into my vechile I can see her watching me I thought i was going crazy so I stayed in my vechile for a good 5 minutes to clarify this is really happening and YES she is still standing there doing absolutely nothing but watching me. It was super creapy and very strange behavior It was a nightmare

This sounds pretty simple but has been a difficult task for this office to handle. Twice in the last 4 months I have booked appointments for my 6 month old Daughter to see Doctor Houssain and when arriving at the clinic I learned that she was on vacation or didn't work that day. Why would a receptionist book an appointment to visit the doctor on a day they don't work? I would let it slide if it happens once but this is twice now and each time we're in, even for the walk in there is a new receptionist who seems to be in training. And we often overhear them telling people who are coming in before or after us that their appointment isn't able to be completed because the doctor isn't there. If there is an issue with the schedule even a simple phone call a couple days before to reschedule would be the expected thing to do but nothing. Whatever system they use to organize themselves is either broken or missing altogether. The doctor's schedule is either in a constant state of change or the receptionists don't have access to it and are throwing darts and letting the next employee after they quit/are fired (?) deal with it. Dr Houssain is nice and competent enough but this place is being drowned by a complete lack of organization. If you are looking for a family doctor and book an appointment here be prepared to do their job for them and constantly call to ensure you will be met with or roll the dice on someone being there when you show up. Thank you for the kind stranger in the walk in clinic referring us to Dr Gergis.

When he recommended both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy I thought "oh no!". However he proceeded to make me at ease with his humour and description of how 'great' the experience would be. The day arrived and I was led to the changing area by Sepideh, the preparation and recovery nurse. She was very professional and kind. I heard a lady arrive back from the same procedure and she didn't know it was over. That gave me a lot of confidence. Dr Lee the anesthesiologist then came to explain what was going to happen in a very humorous and disarming way, which continued when I entered the procedure room. Then Dr Ginzburg approached brimming with humour and confidence, announcing that I would be begging to come back because it was so going to be so much fun! There was also a lovely smiling nurse present whose name unfortunately I didn't get. Then Dr Lee did his magic and I was out like a light. I woke up in the recovery room with Sepideh gently coaxing me awake. Dr Ginzburg then gave me a very detailed explanation of what he'd found. Conclusion: it was a good job that I went. I cannot recommend Dr Ginzburg and his team highly enough! Very professional and kind."
