We performed work at this dealership's request to help facilitate the sale of one of their customer's motorhomes. The work was completed as agreed, and payment was made by credit card. Several weeks later, the dealership disputed the charge, and the funds were reversed despite the services having been fully performed. We have documentation supporting the authorization, completion, and payment for the work. Unfortunately, rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the owner's response was unprofessional and included comments indicating that the matter would be taken to court. We value honesty, professionalism, and accountability in business relationships, and our experience in this situation did not reflect those standards. bought a truck through them put 3,000 miles on it and the rearend and transfer case went out paid 6500 for a warranty that the owner said is a really good warranty yet the warranty company sucks who wants to put used parts in there truck they just spent $53,000 on... and the warranty is only good for 12,000 miles pretty stupid. They just want to get you past that 12,000 mile mark and then let you pay yet more money to fix your rig for a second or 3rd time wont go back there and definetly wont recommend owner also said he doesnt sell junk this truck seems to be pretty much the definition of junk at this point read more

I went in today to look at a 2018 class a RV that they had on sale. The price was really low considering the year and the mileage so I figured that there was a problem before I even got there. I've worked in the automotive industry for a lot of years and I know when something's been in an accident. I've also been a welder for 33 years. When I looked at this RV, I could clearly tell it had been an accident in the rear. There was a section of frame that was re-welded on. Giant booger welds. It was something that I was really not concerned about but when the owner kept arguing with me and telling me it was not in an accident I couldn't take the lies anymore. There was overspray all over and there was even tape still left on the doors that had the overspray. The reason for the bad review is not because I've been in an accident but because of the owner. The man just lied straight to my face. Told me it wasn't an accident. I tried to show him, but he didn't even wanna look. Then he started getting mouthy with my wife and that was one fun began. I just kept walking to my car and he was walking along side of us and I was trying to tell my wife let's go let's go in the sky just kept running his mouth. I finally just smiled Adam and told him you don't want to deal with me as a customer and I'm not gonna deal with you as a liar. I can only imagine if someone buys a vehicle from this place and they go back and try to have some type of service done. They told me at all their service Tax were on vacation. The owner had told me the reason the vehicle wouldn't start was because the text weren't there. But he told me it ran and drive just fine. I don't understand why text need to be there to start a vehicle. All in all, I would not recommend anybody go here. It was not a fun experience and I feel sorry for anyone that might buy an RV from them and try to get some type of service. The owner had the nerve to tell me that all of his vehicles were paid for in cash and he owned everything, I'm not sure why he had to emphasize that to me. The experience was very stressful. The price for the RV we purchased was good. If you use this dealer I would highly recommend that you have your own financing in place. There were some minor repair items that after waiting 3 weeks to get done at the dealer we just accepted it in the condition it was and did the work ourself. I saw a 5th wheel that we really loved, so I emailed them a couple of times. The ad said there was an eprice, and to email to get it. They never answered by messages, so I called them. The guy I spoke with said it was still available, so I told him we could drive there from Portland which is 2 1/2 hours from their lot on the following day. He texted me back and we made an appointment for between 10:30 and 11:00 the next day. We drove all the way there, on the way we received a text from the guy asking if we were still coming, we said on our way. When we arrived to their lot, we were taken to the RV, and after walking all the way across the lot, he says a man looked at it the day before and put a down payment on it. I am on oxygen and am having a lung surgery in two weeks. I was very upset. I asked him why he didn't text or call me before we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there, and he says we'll I don't think the guy is going to actually come back and get it, so if you want to put $500 down on it, we will just give him his money back and sell it to you. That sounded shady to me. The whole point of putting money down is for them to hold it for you. So, we went in and looked at it. There were a few things wrong with it, but the price seemed okay. He said he needed to call his brother and ask him about it because we were asking if he could hold it for three weeks. After looking at it, he comes back and days come to the office. So, we walk all the way back a across the lot too the office where he says they need $1,000 to hold it. I told him I didn't have $1,000 on me. He said you can send it to me electronically, so you won't have to come all the way back here. He said they were going to give the other guy a day to bring in his deposit (he had already told us the guy gave him the deposit). I then asked about the eprice again. He said there is no eprice. I said well your ad said there was. He said we just lowered the price, so there is no eprice now. We left feeling very disappointed. It was a bad experience. Just out of curiosity, I texted him the next day and asked if they guy came in to give them his deposit. He texted back no, so it is yours once you send me the $1,000 deposit, but I do have another guy coming to look at it tomorrow. I asked if I send him the money would he take the ad down and stop showing it and he said no. They would still show it and tell people sale is pending. I wouldn't buy a toy rv from this place. Not only did they completely ignore us after the sale, but the salesman we dealt with was fired within a week of our purchase!?? They failed to do the registration paperwork and we were stuck with expired paperwork & licensing for the rig, until I called aggressively to get them to send it...but wait there's more! We were also supposedly sold a fully refundable 2 yr warranty($5,000) funded by (see attached photo) It was 7 mo into the warranty that I requested information...Truck City RV Sales in Renton, has done absolutely nothing to help me get the process moving, I always get the runaround for months!, and then weeks... 1 star is far too high for this establishment. After searching for an RV for quite some time we finally found one that would fit ours needs...or so it seemed. I was in contact with one of their sales reps and arranged to drive up to view it. This correspondence began on 07/31 (Wednesday) and continued on a daily basis until 08/03 when we traveled from North Idaho as arranged. Imagine our shock, frustration and irritation when we arrived, only to be informed that this RV had been sold two weeks prior but they had another RV $20,000 more expensive that we were welcome to look at. When they were called out for their dishonest practices they replied that it was not their problem that the RV that their representative assured us that we could come see had not been available during our entire conversation. This instance was not a one off we later discovered. Upon leaving their place of business we visited another dealership that informed us that they had recently had a customer share a similar experience about this place where the customer had went so far as arranging the purchase and completing the financial arrangements only to arrive the following day to pick their purchase up only to discover that they had sold the RV to someone else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bunch of crooked salesmen. I only wish that we had checked them out on Yelp prior to ever contacting them. read more

bought an rv here, was told it will be cleaned, and a couple random things will be taken care of. they said they can deliver but it's a couple weeks out so we told them we would pick it up after the pdi (pre delivery inspection) was done. which was an additional 1000 dollars. called multiple times to see if it was ready to pick up and it took two weeks for it to be done. we went up there to pick up it was in the same spot still hooked up the same as when we bought it two weeks ago. it had NOT been cleaned, and the things promised not completed. was told you got a deal on it you should be happy. (we paid what they asked for plus the 1000 for the pdi, we didn't Hassel the price). pretty standard to have a clean rv when you purchase one. all they offered was to have us drive the 40 mins to drop off the trailer to get a detail. this is unprofessional. would not recommend buying from them. read more

I tried to purchase a truck from them over the phone due to distance and their salesman Judah was so inept. He did not call me back when he said he would and left me in limbo for several days. I finally called a different number and got Carl who did a good job of showing me the truck. I then had to wait another day for their buyer to give me a price on my trade in. Finally got their offer and I made them my offer over the phone. While waiting for a counter offer someone came in and they sold it to them without even giving me a chance to make a counter offer. Not only was this rude and unprofessional, it was also a stupid business decision. How did they know I would not have offered more than the person that was physically there without contacting me. In the end they wasted about two weeks of my time. I was even thinking of buying a travel trailer from them. Not now! read more

Wanted to give this place a chance but after having my paperwork completed incorrectly. Having to make an additional trip out to fix the paperwork due to their errors. Then had to make multiple phone calls requesting they pay off the trade ins. I can say this place is disappointing. No reason for me to call over multiple weeks asking people to do their jobs. I finally called the bank myself to find out the exact day of funding and when funds were released. I traded in my vehicles June 20th. One check was dropped off at my bank on July 9th and the other was mailed to the other banks. It's been WEEKS. How incredibly frustrating and a poor reflection of the business. Watchout for these guys. I bought a 2012 Montana 5th wheel from them a month ago and when I got it delivered to my property I found out the black and gray holding tanks were all full. I called them and left multiple messages with no return call. I don't have a truck to move the 5th wheel so I hired a septic company to remove the sewage. I was able to get ahold of someone from Truck City RV Sales after the pumping to see if they would take responsibility and pay for the pumping fee but they said if I wanted the tanks pumped then I would have had to pay for the pre-inspection walk through for $1000+ and they would have pumped the tanks. The right thing to do is never send a sold trailer off the property with full sewage tanks. And if a mistake is made take responsibility for not checking the tanks prior to letting it leave the sales lot and pay for the pump service. These guys did neither. I don't feel taken care of at all but I do feel taken advange of. I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I did not purchase a RV but was looking. Mike the salesman was very knowledgeable about the RV industry and the RV's he showed me. If there was something he was not familiar with he was kind enough to say I don't know. Somehow I got distracted, locked myself out of my vehicle in 90+ degree heat. Graciously the manager ?Polo? summoned help from his staff. They were able to get me back into my vehicle and on the road. It is a used lot so my take is to pay for an independent RV inspection and an independent Mechanical inspection, as with any used dealer. Wait to sign any contract until the vehicle is repaired and ready to go. Happy Hunting. I can't rate a 5 star because I did not go through the purchase process and repair process to evaluate that most important part of the transaction. read more

Buyer Beware! FORGED SIGNATURES on vehicle contract! SALES TAX not paid by Dealer until threatened by lender- paid 4.5 monts late! NO EXTENDED WARRANTY - Money pocketed by Dealer. NO GAP INSURANCE as sold to us! Polo , aka (Angelo), owner and salesman of Truck City RV completely hosed us over! Too much to write the entire story, but completely unprofessional, his office smells like cigars in which our little boys were in while we were purchasing the vehicle. He called me "Dude" multiple times via text, and I am a female. I purchased a 2013 GMC Denali Dually Pickup and I paid $4500.00 for a 4 year, 48,000 mile extended warranty that he never put in place. I agreed and signed off on an additional $1,000.0 for GAP insurance, which was never put in place. If it wasn't for the lender - WSECU, I wouldn't have ever known that he submitted a contract on my behalf with FORGED SIGNATURES. He has called me multiple times, begging me to LIE to WSECU and to say "that our deal was going back and forth and I that I ran in late and resigned a contract!" This is NOT true! This did not happen. 5 witnesses heard him say this in my barn. DO NOT DO DEALS WITH THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS! He is now in breach of contract with WSECU and is being demanded to buy the loan back by them, in which case he will then assume ownership of the vehicle and I am left without the truck I traded in, OR the one I purchased. I will see it thru that he gets investigated for every Extended Warranty he's ever sold. If you have purchased one, check into it! read more
