Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. We decided to upgrade our pop-up camper to something a little more iconic, good looking, eye-catching and all American. So Airstream it is then! Unsurprisingly, there's no Airstream dealers in Alaska - go figure. So we planned a trip down to WA & OR as soon as the hub could get a few days off. We went to a dealership in OR, but I was left feeling unsatisfied, and with many unanswered questions after leaving. We saw one other trailer from a private seller, and then decided to drive up to Airstream Adventures, Milton. I gave them a call in case we needed an appointment. I spoke to a most delightful young lady on the phone - yes, I'm talking about you Amanda Cook, who said we didn't need an appointment. We got to the dealership and found Amanda, and she's very professional, very knowledgeable, funny, pretty, and just fun to spend time with. She was super welcoming, extremely professional, she answered all of our myriad questions, and I just love her to bits. Anyway, needless to say, we now have our new trailer. This process was as easy as it was because of Amanda Cook, but i've also got to give honorable mentions to Carrie and Kelsey. The whole place is wonderful. Full access to all the trailers, which were all connected to power, so you could see the features. Not so in the Oregon showroom, which was more like a warehouse. Cold, dark and the trailers were locked. The staff lacked knowledge of the specs I was asking about and I left there feeling frustrated. The Milton showroom however - just beautiful, a nice coffee bar with a Keurig, and a good coffee selection, a fridge with bottled water, nice bathrooms, warm and well lit, very organized showroom. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our afternoon there. And we've had occasion to have to call back a few times, and you might think that after the sale is done, the customer service might be "less than" but that hasn't been the case. Amanda Cook is epic. She never seems like she's sick of taking my calls, and I've needed to call a few times. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. They fully earned their 5 stars. read more

I purchased my second Airstream, an International 27FB, from Greg, and my first in 2013 from this dealer. Both times were great experiences - low pressure, great follow up, and the warranty service done quickly. On my first purchase, we spent literally days coming back again and again to sit, examine, ask questions, and the sales team was always accommodating. On my second purchase, I knew what I wanted but Greg took the time to point out a few things for me to consider so that I made the best choice for me. I negotiated a trade in for my AS which was less than I would have gotten if I sold privately but offset by the discount on the new trailer, the tax credit of trading in, and the lack of hassle factor in selling a trailer. I really appreciate how much time the service department takes walking you through the trailer and educating on the various aspects. Greg knows these trailers inside and out, and helped me understand the various difference between models and plans. Ron in Service took great pains to make sure my trailer was set up, and did a great job moving some components from my old AS to my new one - he's a great guy and super helpful training me on some of the tips and tricks to owning an Airstream. Patty in service has been great during the times I've scheduled service. I rarely waited more than a week to get in, and the service was completed on time and as promised. Twice they did not charge me installation on a few items that they could have. An AS warranty is two years which if you use the trailer, is enough time to work out any bugs. The price I paid for the new trailer was very competitive, and I like being able to support the local AS dealer which is close by. I've visited other RV places and the experiences have not measured up to Airstream NW - more pressure, slick sales guys who don't know their product as well as they should. The AS forum had lots of recommendations to shop around the country for the best price, and on the first trailer ASNW matched the price quote I received from an out-of-state dealer. When you buy something as expensive as an AS, you want to know that the dealer will support you and the service team will do good work, especially since the next closest dealer is in Spokane or Oregon. No qualms about recommending these guys - hopefully I've found the last AS I need to buy but if I get the urge to trade, I know where I will head. read more

the airstream product is a 2/5, maybe a 3/5 in terms of quality and customer satisfaction, but the customer service and service department at Seattle airstream adventures is the worst customer experience I've ever had. classic over-promise to get the sale, then under deliver. we purchased our trailer with the sole purpose of wanting to take our family on a 4 month road trip. we told our salesman Danny this multiple times during the sales process, including our departure date. we also told the service department several times. today I took the trailer in for service (90 day shakedown) which was scheduled by their service dept when we purchased the trailer and we were promised by the service dept that it would be ready in time for our trip. today when I dropped it off, the service manager basically laughed in my face telling me there's no way the trailer will be ready in time for your trip. we spent $70k plus on a brand new trailer, and they are helpless to fix the problems it has had since day one. they ended up just sending me home (after I took the day off and spent $100 on the ferry to bring the trailer to them) and now I will be on my own for sourcing parts and doing repairs for my upcoming trip, since the toilet doesn't hold water, vent fan doesn't work, lights randomly turn on by themselves, appliance latches dont stay closed, it goes on. airstream markets themselves as a premium brand, but the only thing premium about them is the price. read more

Took my airstream to be de-winterized and left for a road trip right after. Hot water heater wouldn't work. Had to call them 3 days in a row before they would call back or answer. Couldn't help over the phone had to have coachnet send someone to my camp spot states away. Turns out it wasn't full de-winterized. Airstream Seattle should pay for the mistake and they refuse to return my calls. I have left 4 voicemails and called many times other than that and they will not call back. Airstream Service Post-Sale is a Borderline Scam First, I want to shoutout great individuals working for Seattle Airstream Adventure (SAA). Amanda, thank you for being such a great representative on the sale of our consigned Flying Cloud 20' (with an extended warranty) roughly 16 months ago. Theresa, thank you for being such a fun (sassy), kind person to work with in the service department. Natasha, thank you for bearing the brunt of my frustrations and doing your absolute best to find a solution within your control. You're kind, hard-working and I apologize for the times I may have been short with you. To say the least, I was frustrated! With that said, I caution anyone considering purchasing an Airstream to avoid SAA all together! Sadly, many of these systemic issues likely come from the monopoly they have on the NW market, so that may be hard. I attempted to schedule my first "annual" service in early October 2022. Despite being told at the time of sale that SAA prioritizes customers who purchase from them, I was give a two and a half month waiting period before I could be seen. This was frustrating, but acceptable given all the typical covid-related excuses we've all heard. The real frustration began when it finally came time for my reservation on Dec 21, 2022. I arrived with a detailed punch list of items for replacement or repair. First, my goal was to get an estimate for parts and labor prior to approving the work. I was informed that the trailer would be looked at in the coming week or so, but to bear in mind it was the holidays so there may be small delays. I felt that was reasonable and left. Come January 7, I have not heard from Airstream. After calling, I was informed that there were still quite a few trailers in front of me. Bear in mind, all I wanted was a parts and labor quote, this was not the timeline for any actual repairs. Also bear in mind that I had a reservation for Dec 21. What was the point of the reservation? Friday January 20, I finally receive a quote for the work, one month after checking in the trailer and 3 months after making a reservation for service. The labor prices bear no concept of reality. Their shop rate is $185.00 per hour for labor. I work in corporate aviation, and have never seen a shop rate in Seattle that high... for a jet. It is borderline fraudulent! Clearly they're gouging their customers because they have a Monopoly on Airstreams in the area. They're also swamped in work, so basic supply and demand says they can increase rates. It's still morally wrong! Anyway, we come to an agreement on which items to fix and at that point I'm informed it will be another 1-2 months to wait for parts. At that point, there's nothing to do but just let go of the situation. I decided to just button up the trailer and take it back. From start to end the whole experience would have bordered on 5 months to fix a fairly simple punch list. ON top of that the extended warranty company was stingy about which items they covered (my bad for purchasing it, do not!). Here's the real problem I have. Their sales team, headed by the rather arrogant Eric Zeitner (I'll save my breath on this one), is barreling full steam ahead on selling Airstreams and the luxury airstream experience. Yet on the back end, Ron Sawicky, head of service, is drowning in service requests. On top of that he has a rather complacent attitude about it. I emailed and requested a call multiple times, with no success. I'm fine waiting for a service reservation, I get you're backed up. But when it's my turn in line, I do expect fairly prompt turn arounds within reason and reasonable pricing! SAA is quick to take your money, but slow to actually provide the so-called "luxury service" after the sale. Do not be shocked if you have to wait 3 or 4 or even 5 months from when you have a defect to getting that problem resolved. read more

I just wanted to thank Airstream and I believe his name was Eugene for taking us through and showing us what Airstream had available. My girlfriend and I have been talking for about 7 months in regards to getting a travel trailer. We researched quite a bit and decided to go check them out in person. Eugene walked us around and showed us several models and we realized that the trailer we were ultimately looking for was completely out of our price range as we bought a brand new house last month. It was so nice to be able to go some where and not be shamed by the sales staff for not purchasing and made feel bad because we were making smart financial choices. They claimed to have replaced a part but did not, they forced us to pay for a part which should have been covered under our warranty. We've taken our Airstream to this service department several times over the last couple of years. Their work is of good quality. However, things have changed. In bringing our unit in for service this year, we had them perform a multi-point inspection for an incredibly​ high price. This list was very detailed. We selected to have about half the items addressed. The work on the items we selected​ is very good. However, when they brought the unit out and we hooked up, I went through my usual checklist​. The tech who performed the inspection, left some of the access doors unlocked and open; he must have opened the awning​ but did not secure it back with two pole fasteners, nor the safety hook. It would have opened as we drove. We also ordered and paid for their Int/Ext Protection Package for $600, before we saw our unit. This work was not performed. They reimbursed us when they agreed the work had not been done. Bottom line, there is NO QUALITY CONTROL. All of this would have been caught, had they performed the inspection. read more

This five star rating is due to one thing and one thing only Brad Winnie, we have had many issues with Airstream trying to get things fixed on our Mercedes airstream interstate touring class B motorhome. We had been in a couple of times and got horrible service nothing was done properly and we were disgusted. Fortunately Airstream hired somebody that was committed and competent. Brad Winne we brought our rig in after a long trip with many things going wrong. We took it into Airstream for an appointment we had made three months before our trip. Hoping and praying that somebody would actually do something right this time and we were fortunate enough to get Brad Winne, He kept us updated weekly and everything was actually done correctly. My name is Mike Long. I purchased my second airstream trailer in September 2021. We have been working with Lisa as our service advisor. From our very first experience Lisa has gone above and beyond. Two weeks ago we prepared for our first camping trip. When I dewinterized my trailer the water pump was not working. Fortunately we were camping in an area where I was going to be connected to city water so I didn't need the water pump. When I reached out to Lisa she walked out to the shop and connected me with Kevin the shop foreman on the phone to help me troubleshoot. After attempting his suggestions unfortunately I was unable to fix the problem. When I called Lisa back to let her know we were going to be Boondocking in two weeks and I really needed the water pump to be working Lisa squeezed me onto the schedule to see if she could help. When I arrived Saturday morning at 8:45 Kevin the shop foreman came out to my trailer diagnosed the problem and replace the water pump right then and there. So... where to start. We purchased a 2021 Airstream Atlas, Tommy Bahama Edition. It was gorgeous, and everywhere we go people want to know about it. We are sorry to tell them that from the very start, it has been a disaster (though we have had a good experience at Airstream in Orange County). The tv was connected improperly from the start and the service people had my husband troubleshooting on his phone because they didn't know what to do. There have been too many other things to list here, including water issues, propane issues (they also assessed improperly), stair, skylight, and jack issues. The latest issue is a recurring issue with the paint, and rivets showing through. Thankfully we have a warranty or it would cost us $24,000. All of this would not be as bad if the purpose of our purchase wasn't based on the fact that we use the months of good weather to visit my husband's grandfather (97) and mother who have serious dementia and have no other family. Time is of the essence. So now we have decided that it would be best for us to sell the vehicle back to Airstream so they can fix it up so someone else can have a better experience and they are trying to offer us far below what they should, considering what they have put us through (giving them the rv to fix, and until very recently not getting responses or them not being able to resolve the most basic of issues). Hoping that we can come back and revise our review, and that they will offer us a reasonable amount so we can walk away with something better to say about Airstream Seattle, and Airstream in general. read more

I would like to give a minus 5 stars if I could. This location does NOT provide any world-class services that they promised with their ridiculously overpriced RV. The manager, Michael... I do not know how he actually got that title. Didn't even try to listen to the us--only tried to defend himself. Ridiculous. We called more than a handful times to resolve the break controller issue since only one week after we purchased it but never got a call back. We finally got an appoint to take it in today (9/19/20). Now they're making us to pay the full price for the new break controller because the warranty is expired. We shared our disappointment with Michael but all he said was there is nothing he could do, he started working in March (um..so what, you're still in charge, no?) and I was yelling at him (sure, maybe, out of a frustration), Ha! I bought a brand new airstream from them and have had off and on issues working with them to get the things repaired. They said that when buy from them your part of the "Airstream Family" which is a joke remember at the end of the day they are the same as car salesmen and just looking for your money. Don't expect there service department to be very helpful either. They will be cordial to you when it suits them to get your money after that just get in the back of the line roger things repaired and don't expect any follow up calls I would not recommend buying from them. A follow up to the response I got from airstream, I have tried calling them multiple times throughout the time I have owned the airstream and there has been nothing but problems with there customer service, so when they reply like they care and give me another number to call it's ridiculous, I have now doubt the same result will come from talking to them again, they just want to make it look like they care to match there "family" idea they have going on there. So go there at your own risk, airstreams are nice but dealing with the people there makes me regret ever buying it. They are friendly but once you buy something your on the bottom of there list of who they care about. Expect that if you have to take your airstream in to get it service you will have to be the one to keep calling to make sure they are working on it they will not send you updates. I don't regret buying an airstream but buying it from this company has made the whole experience one of my worst of my life as far as buying a vehicle. They know they are the only airstream in town and they definitely use that to their advantage. You would think when you pay this much for a luxury vehicle the service would at least be adequate and it's not even close to that. read more

We recently purchased a newer used Airstream and like the trailer. We are somewhat disappointed in several aspects of the purchasing process. Several items were promised to us and not delivered. One was a device to retract the awning should the motor fail. The second was a beginners kit with some basic items to furnish the trailer. I thought I may have misunderstood by my wife has the same recollections. Another item that bothers us is the EasyCare extended service contract. The salesperson and manager pushed this heavily because of the costs associated with Airstream repair. "A refrigerator replacement could cost you $3,000 dollars". Because of some bothersome fine print I looked up EasyCare complaints. They are prolific. It appears EasyCare doesn't pay in many situations and has lots of built in ways to refuse payment. Some complaints indicated it was simply a way to pad financing amounts and a high profit item for the dealer. We plan on traveling much in the next few years so time will tell. read more

I just recently purchased my first Airstream and I can't say enough good things about the team at this location. My sales person was Linda and she was wonderful. At no point did I feel like "just a number." She was very genuine in making a connection with me to learn more about my needs and I believe she made me the perfect match. Absolutely no buyer's remorse here! I also wanted to note that Dan in the service department didn't hesitate to jump through a few scheduling hoops to keep me on my tight schedule, and that Ron worked a bit harder than most would to be sure I was hooked up safely before I left out on my 7 hour drive home. I originally purchased our Airstream through the Covington location. Love the trailer. I will not lie the trailer has had it's issues. I am posting this because Cort and Patty at least make me feel like they will do their best in rectifying any issues. They work with me if there is a problem and understand that when I have a trip scheduled they do what they can to get my trailer in and back to me. It's not all perfect but at least when they communicate with me they I feel like at the end of the conversation I feel good. I understand the service side and it can be a pain. I have taken this unit back 4-5 times since purchasing in May 2019. I lost the entire summer messing around with managers at the company and dealership--none of them cared. From the start, one of the cameras did not work, so they ordered the wrong part? Upon picking it up, I was told I needed to bring it back again. We've had two shelves totally delaminate (the entire side); a power roller shade died--the exact one their documentation stated was repaired with a new motor before I purchased it; our batteries would not charge and needed to be changed out, upon picking up the van, the batteries were dead again. The grommet that holds the headrest in place was not there. Other buttons/grommets were missing. They used our bathroom, even though I put tape over the toilet--they just ripped it off and didn't try to hide it. The sink and toilet were horrible when I picked up the unit. They take F-O-R-E-V-E-R! to repair your unit. I mean weeks! They call with excuses, but don't deliver on time. They tell you they are going to do things and don't. When I dropped the unit off this last time, my gray water tank was at "0". At pickup it was full. And nothing is said. Are they using your RV when you drop it off? How does this happen when your unit is in for batteries failing? Lastly, I've had a shimmy or vibration in the steering wheel since delivery. At 65 mph it becomes very annoying on long drives and wears you out. Try to imagine driving 400 miles with your steering wheel shaking. Their solution--IT IS NORMAL! They say they worked on it, but months later the shimmy is still there. They said they put on new tires and wheels, but it sure looks like the same tires and wheels to me (no tags or sticky tag residual glue or anything resembling new tires and there was caked up brake dust on the wheel). Very professional and friendly. I stopped by over this past summer out of curiosity (I was considering a cross country trip). Michael was the salesperson who helped me and was extremely knowledgeable on the product. Even though I wasn't set on buying an RV that day, he was not pushy in any way and really took the time to explain the perks of owning an Airstream. I had no idea how many different styles of vehicle this company makes including my favorite, the 20 foot "Flying Cloud" which has a galley kitchen with plenty of storage. Space is very cleverly utilized in all of the designs Michael showed me. I was surprised to learn that they even have an office model and do customization through Ultimate Airstream. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone serious about RV inquiries and furthermore ask for Michael who is patient and attentive to your specific needs. He will not steer you in the wrong direction. read more
