Frank and the team are amazing. Our Mazda had a major issue (coolant leak) that rendered the car undriveable. They got us in immediately, and within 24 hours the car was fixed, they walked us through the issue with patience and clarity and their price was very fair, hundreds less than the dealership would have charged me. This is BY FAR the most honest, reputable, & qualified mechanics I have dealt with in over 2 decades, & am so happy they were referred to me, because it's hard nowadays to find a shop that doesn't try to upsell you, or ALWAYS find something wrong when there's really not, Frank & Dave aren't like that, & are car enthusiasts no different from us, & obviously have a passion for cars, it shows in their work! Best shop in town for Audi service and maintenance. Frank was very thorough with me reviewing my concerns. He was able to replace the leaking water pump by the next day and they were $900 cheaper than the Audi dealership. I brought in our Toyota Venza because the front passenger window stopped working altogether. Of course, when Frank looked at it for me, the window started working just fine. he told me that it was most likely some tree sap that got into the window track that somehow broke loose by the time I arrived at Yello's. He ran a quick diagnostic to assess the codes, which were all fine. Amazingly enough, he didn't charge me anything for his time and labor (over 30 minutes). if you are looking for your perfect auto shop, go to Yello's! These guys are great. Frank got me in fast for a fuel pump replacement on my 2012 BMW. I was stranded on the highway and he even found a tow truck to get my car towed from the dealer to their shop.
