After reaching out to Truck Parking Club, Robert personally called me back and walked me through the entire process step by step. He made sure my original reservation was fully refunded, helped me switch properties, and even provided an additional credit to help make things right. The entire experience turned a stressful parking situation into a smooth one, and as a truck driver, that means a lot. As a long haul trucker, being able to access the vast network of truck parking options offered by Truck Parking Club is clutch when it comes to trip planning. Sure there are lots of free parking options (rest areas, franchise and corporate truck stop chains), but I don't mind paying a relatively small fee for guaranteed truck parking often at mom and pop destinations that are little gems in the rough offering lots of nice amenities. I can't tell you how many times I've reserved parking at Pilot/Flying J only to discover that when I arrive, the Pilot/Flying J isn't enforcing its reserved parking spots and so my only recourse is to get a refund, but I still have to scramble to find a place to park so that I can take my break. Truck Parking Club is a great resource for truck drivers and keeps getting better with every new site added. I use TPC when I am trip planning to find sites to park that are safe and quiet near where I am going or along the road to maximize my drive time. I no longer fight to find way too tight spots at truck stops an hour before my daily drive time ends. TPC sites also have plenty of room! The TPC folks also care about their customers. In June 2025 I suffered a small stroke so the DOT sidelined me for a year. TPC actually called to check on me after a couple of weeks of not using their service out of concern. I love using them when I go to a large city and want my truck to be safe while I run errands or enjoy time away from the truck. Lots of locations are near restaurants and stores. Truck Parking Club is a great way to find safe and secure parking for those times when I don't want the hassle of trying to find a spot in an overcrowded truck stop. Tonight, I am parked at the Ambest at exit 280 in Salado, TX just north of Austin. Had an issue with a location. After filling out the form and some time for vetting, I received a phone call from Kim. I had partially fixed the problem on my own by shifting to another location, but she was excellent in giving me a refund and ensuring the previous location would no longer be listed as truck parking (a 53'er would not fit there safely) and letting the property owner know the issue(s). Kim was so helpful when I needed it the most. There was an abandoned trailer on my lot, and it was the night before I am getting sealcoating and striping done. The tow fee was $500 and if nobody got it moved, we would've had to reschedule the work. Kim went out her way and called on her own personal contacts to help out and they were able to move the trailer. She had no obligation to do so but she still went above and beyond to help.
