I was out exploring Bricktown and looking for a happy hour. I found this place on Yelp, and saw they had a French 75 on the menu. That will get me in the door. It was dark and cool, a real contrast from the blazing July sun, and I sat at the bar. I was unfamiliar with this chain, though apparently there is one here in Ft. Worth. I just popped in for a drink so I can not comment on the food, but the drink was good. One thing to know, Oklahoma has a 13.5% sales tax on alcohol and Charleston's suggested tip totals are on the taxed amount, not the total of actual goods and services. Sneaky sneaky.

Caesar salad and croissants were phenomenal, good portion sizes and great service, queso appetizer was surprisingly good too, also highly recommend the dynamite shrimp

Drinks were pretty decent. This service was amazing. The vibe in the place was really nice. Everybody was super attentive. The food was pretty good. Had to send the steak back a couple times because it was overcooked or undercooked. The pork chops were amazing all in all it was pretty good.

The patio was gorgeous right next to the canal but the fans were not working . I had a French dip that was delicious and my friend had the shrimp salad .Our server was so sweet and checked on us very attentive. The parking states you have to pay but our waitress said not until 3pm during the week and also you can have them stamp the ticket for you .

Charleston's is consistently solid--great comfort food, big portions, and a warm, polished atmosphere. Service is friendly and reliable, making it a go-to spot for family dinners or casual dates.

The lighting of this place was perfect for low exposure pictures such as this one.

The food here was not too hot nor too cold. Depending on what you order, it could either be entirely one temperature or a mixture of both; if the plate includes ingredients that require heat. The service is wonderful, the staff checks in on you every 7-12 minutes and they do a wonderful job to not come off as pestering. The setting is darker than normal, so if you plan to visit in the evening be prepared to bring glasses or adjust your eyes to the dim restaurant.

We were seated quickly and we had excellent service. Hubby started with the baked potato soup & it was delicious! He had the catfish and it was fried crispy and seasoned perfectly. I loved the 9 oz pour on their house rose, but I didn't notice it was $19! I had the quinoa chicken salad and couldn't finish it all.

This dish is always my go-to; it's super delicious, even as leftovers when reheated in the oven. The service is good; she kept checking on us, and I love the very low-key atmosphere.

We love Charleston's for our monthly luncheons known as Kev's Ladies Who Lunch. They're very accommodating and the food is delicious! Thanks to the fine staff and chefs!

LEGACY FRIED CHICKEN (Bricktown location exclusive) was SO GOOD! It came with mashed potatoes, gravy, & seasonal vegetables! I subbed the seasonal veg for the sweet glazed carrots per Mason (very sweet & attentive!) and it was perfect! My bestfriend had THE ENCHILADA PLATE which she says is always yummy! This was my first time at Charleston's and the ambiance was nice seeing people pass by in the water taxis and all! Definitely would come back!

Friendly service and great food! I recommend the barbecue baby back ribs. The ribs fell perfectly off the bone and cooked to perfection. The sauce was yummy, too. To drink, I ordered the lemon drop and it was the perfect amount of sweet and sour. Our server, Kayla (I think that's her name, she was a blonde gal) was very friendly and attentive. There was ample seating. I'd recommend to join the waitlist. I recommend Charleston's if you're craving some traditional American classics!

The restaurant was beautiful & the booths were perfect for intimate conversation. The staff were kind & helpful. The food was delicious & plentiful! We filled up on the dynamite shrimp appetizer & carried the rest of our food to go! The drinks from the bar were excellent! Would definitely recommend Charleston's!

All secondary roads are still snow packed so at 11:30 there was only one other couple in the restrauant. The Press is in an old (1920's ?) repourposed building. The interior is comfortable, charming and a bit whimsical. We started with an order of cheese sticks. They were very good and large. I liked that the cheese sticks did not have Italian seasoning in the breading. Jan ordered the chicken fried ribeye with mashed potatoes, cream gravey and green beans. Jan loved it. I took a bite of the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. The green beans were very good. They were loaded with garlic, which I love, but if you're not a garlic fan, I would suggest another side. I ordered the grilled chicked sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety. I got the Press Cobb salad but asked if they'd turn it into a wrap, and they didn't give me any trouble about it. Easier to eat when you're trying to talk and chew at the same time. The wrap was fresh, filling, decent mix of chicken, bacon, veggies, dressing not drowning in lettuce like some Cobb salads end up being. Waffle fries were crispy when they showed up but cooled off pretty quick once we got into conversation, so eat those first I guess.

It feels a little upscale but not in a way that makes you feel underdressed if you show up in jeans. The staff was super sweet, and our server made great recommendations. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was SO good. The portion was huge, and the gravy was chef's kiss. Also, can we talk about the bread for a second? Because I would genuinely go back just for that. I kept telling myself "one more piece" and then suddenly half the basket was gone. The only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait for our food felt a little longer than expected. Nothing crazy, but by the time it arrived, we were definitely checking the kitchen door every few minutes lol. Other than that, everything was great. The food was comforting, the atmosphere was nice, and it felt like one of those places that's perfect for catching up with friends or taking your parents when they're in town.
