Maybe this "issue" is about expectations....when we went in the store it was busy, some of the stuff was in disarray, and the store was a bit cramped--but we came to get deals!! Not pay a premium for service and spaciousness! We got brand name clothes in great condition for our kids at pretty unbelievable prices. In the Bay Area, where we are from, you can't find anything comparable to this--we will definitely be back.

I called them and asked if they would be able to ship one out to me and although it was out of stock, they did an order just for me and then personally shipped it out to my address.
