I brought in my 2021 Sprinter High Roof overland rig with recurring alignment issues caused by an off-road tire and rim setup. This is not a small or easy vehicle to deal with--and after five failed attempts at other shops in a single day, I was pretty skeptical. From the very first call, Austin set the tone. He actually listened, understood the problem, and reassured me they could accommodate my oversized van. That alone was a win. When I arrived, Jacob and Jesse came out, took a real look at what I was experiencing, and didn't try to hand-wave the issue away. Instead, they helped get me set up with a replacement set of tires and rims--KO2s (fantastic tires, by the way). Professional, knowledgeable, and zero attitude. We hit a snag when it turned out my van was overweight for the alignment. Instead of shrugging and sending me on my way, Sonia (the manager) stepped in, got me taken care of, and coordinated an appointment at their Carson location. Huge thanks to Tony over there as well for making that happen. Bottom line: this entire team went out of their way to help when it would've been easier to say "not our problem." That kind of service is rare. RNR Tire Express has my business going forward. But they went well above and beyond for customer service. I was stuck in a real bind which was my own fault. They answered all my questions, multiple times, on both the phone and in person. They walked me through the process of getting my car back and were extremely helpful and thorough. They were honest and the lot is secure with cameras. I was missing property and they understood my concerns and were amiable to the police being called. It turned out the highway patrol had it in safekeeping.

Alexis called me from the company's business number about a personal matter completely unrelated to towing. She screamed at me and questioned why I knew one of the company's tow truck drivers outside of the services he had performed for me. I later learned Alexis is both the driver's former girlfriend and his supervisor. I find it wildly inappropriate that my customer information was apparently used to contact me through the business over a personal issue involving her ex-boyfriend. I originally met this driver through the company and had hired and paid them for towing services on multiple occasions. The situation became inappropriate enough that I ultimately sent a cease-and-desist notice concerning the conduct and false claims being circulated about my private life. Afterward, I looked through the company's reviews and counted more than 20 negative reviews concerning the receptionist/front-desk staff, repeatedly describing rude, argumentative, disrespectful, or unprofessional interactions. After my experience, I understand why. My complaint is not about the tow drivers or the towing services. It is about an office manager using her position and access to a customer's information to involve that customer in a personal dispute. That crossed a professional boundary. I will take my future towing business elsewhere.
