Dear Readers, A week ago my wife and I drove to Capital…read moreRepair Services from Amelia to pick up the HISUN Axis 500 ATV belonging to my daughter who lives nearby and driven primarily by our teenage granddaughters. In the fall we use the ATV's to haul firewood to our home making them earn their keep. This ATV became inoperable when it's front axle became "frozen" into the 4-wheel lock configuration requiring the Capital Repair Technician Dan to determine the exact cause of the problem and if necessary, order a replacement part. Upon investigation Dan determined that a critical part called the "Actuator" became defective and failed to unlock the front axle and ordered the replacement part from HISUN's parts supplier. The part was to be delivered in about a week but actually took at least two weeks to receive the critical part which was in stock. When the part supply system fails the whole repair chain backs up until a part arrives resulting in lost time. When the part finally arrived Dan turned his attention to remove the inoperative part, install the new one and test it for proper function prior to certifying that the ATV now responds appropriately and can be returned to the owner. The total time elapsed was at least 3 weeks. It clearly appears that Capital did their job well but was held up due to the supplier's failure to deliver on time the part they had in stock to begin with. The management team did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way through the initial diagnosis to and including the delays in the delivery of the part by HISUN. In this regard I thank David in his operations role for important updates and also special thanks to General Manager Pete for his personal call to me which signified his concern for the excessive time it was taking to receive the repair part from the supplier. If I had to rate the level of expertise required diagnosing the "locked " front axle it would be "Significantly Advanced" due to the many reasons that could cause a "frozen" drive train, nice job Dan. Additionally , another thanks to Dan who took just a minute of his time while we were in the loading area prior to our departure to explain to me as to how I could stop my truck's brake controller from locking up a front trailer wheel on my trailer with a simple adjustment on my steering column. It was just a simple adjustment but one that made our trip home a little safer. Thanks again Capital for another job extremely well done and your continuing efforts to help keep our investment in our two ATV's secure. Jim Glasscock Amelia

Polite but do not have a clue on what they are doing. I have had my zero turn there multiple times…read morein under 10 hours. Kept my Zero turn for weeks at a time without even looking at it. I had to pay someone else to cut my grass every two weeks. They misdiagnosed my zero turn multiple times trying to sell me stuff it did not need. Also sold me repairs that were covered in my Paid for Extended Warranty. The final straw was telling me I needed $840 worth of work that i did the week before myself with reciept's and telling me I had a bad Carb. when a $27 manual fuel pump fixed it.
