My 1999 Corette stopped running and my FIXD module showed a code of P1518 - Throttle Body…read moreNorthland Pro insisted that they needed to run a full diagnostic to find out why this happened (2 hours, $320). After the diagnostic it was still a P1518 issue and they never found out anything else. Then they said I needed an ignition lock cylinder & ignition switch (to the tune of $1,146.57) which I declined. When I picked up the car it would hardly run and I rescanned with my FIXD module and it still showed the P1518 code. After a phone conversation (and much talking in circles) Doug admitted that they had not cleared the codes and I would have problems because of the ignition being bad. I cleared the codes with my FIXD scanner and the next morning my car was fine and my ignition was fine. I would NEVER do business or recommend these people to ANYONE.
