I originally went to True Beauty for recommendations on how to make my face look renewed and advice on how to deal with uneven skin tone. After speaking with Claudia I decided to try the IPL Facial as we believed this would provide me with the results I was looking for. The procedure took about 30 minutes and let me tell you it was the best 30 minutes I have invested on my face. The pain level was minimal with the exception of certain areas being a little more sensitive but overall it wasn't bad at all. Meh. I've experienced better is a good explanation. I had a photo facial with Claudia that I purchase from Living Social. I have tried several med spas in the area, especially whenever they are offering a special..anything from Botox specials to IPL's etc. I can honestly say this place is nothing special by any means. Claudia called me 15 minutes before my appointment asking if I could come later. I could not so she said its ok, we could keep the original time. She was the only one in the office when I arrived, no other employees or customers..She has a problem of talking too much, her conversations went in circles and did not make much sense. She said the Doctor that runs the business just does this for "fun", he actually does diagnostics as a full time job. This is just a hobby for him..Huh??? then she disparaged many of the med spas in the area that I told her I have went to. I just did not feel comfortable with her. Unprofessional and odd on so many levels. I usually do not write reviews but this experience was so weird that I will not be back. I feel as though they are not really committed to build their business and certainly did not gain me as a future customer. Interesting place... The staff was nice as well as the doctor. They were very informative and honest and took the time to answer all of my questions. They could have just taken my money and done the procedure that I wanted them to do, but they were very upfront with me and told me that it would be best if I wait for a certain period before getting the procedure done. I've been to several medical spa-type places and this is the first place that has ever turned me away b/c they would rather be truthful with me than pocket my money. That alone is quite commendable. I NEVER write reviews but I was extremely disappointed. At first I was so relieved I found an eyebrow tinting location so close to home & messaged Claudia for a consultation where she said she would try on colors during the consultation but instead she just showed me colors and spoke about herself the whole time. Despite all that I liked her work from what she showed me & from there I made my appointment. The first time she canceled on me because she said she didn't have the dyes for my eyebrows which is fine understandable (but also didn't make sense because she showed me all the different dyes DURING my consultation) & then she asked me to reschedule & ended up canceling on me AGAIN. But on top of it she didn't cancel UNTIL I texted her to confirm my appointment the day before. Very disappointing! Don't waste your time!!! read more

So I came Tuesday and got botox which I'm obsessed with the dr did an amazing job at 1st i was a little surprised because he took so long to do each part of my face because I've never experienced such a precise dr .. but to be honest he did the best job he had me do weird faces the whole time between each poke Lol and i understand now why... he was trying to make sure he got between each wrinkle and I've been getting botox for 8 years and I have to say this has been the best results I've gotten ever and I'm being completely honest !!! There prices are amazing 8.50 per unit if you do anything less then 20 units it's 10$ per unit .. it's Day 4 and I'm super happy with my results can't wait to go back and try some fillers I know it will be amazing !!! I would avoid this place! I was left sitting, waiting 2 hours for my facial appt without an explanation. I had to ask what was going on b/c I had another appt to go to. Then I ended up getting IPL instead, which was surprisingly painful, and I ended up with second degree burns on my forehead and sideburns area. There is a 1cm area on my forehead where it blistered that has left me with a scar that is still present (more than 1 month later, hopefully it will go away). Also, the dr singed off the lateral part of one of my eyebrows. I hope it grows back. On top of the IPL being painful, burning and scarring me, and taking off part of my eyebrow, I did not notice any visible differences to my skin. Perhaps with repeat treatments it would but I'd never do it again, and definitely not here! read more

Im being honest here. I had to call twice to leave a message. When they finally called me we made an appointment , then when I arrived nobody was in the office and I waited outside. No call they were running late. A lady outside ( the receptionist) was in her car and told me to come back in a hour, and I don't live in the area. I was here to do my laser hair removal treatments and have had some initial bitter experiences with the staff, not answering the calls to schedule apointments, and also trying to extract money out of your pockets. In the last couple of months, the situation has changed extremely. I will get reminder calls for my apointment. There are times that I forgot my apointment due to my own fault, but they gave me new apointments calling me, even if I didn't call them back. I was told that they had replaced some staffs and have new management, anyways my experience and consultations with the staff was very pleasant. They are very friendly and informative. I have done 6 laser hair removals. Even though I couldn't get the hair ridden completely, I understand, it is because the hair type and the genetics are playing their role to the best. But I would say, my hair growth level is reduced and the amount of hair after the treatment is gone down to 60%. I would need additional treatments and am going to schedule it over there. What a horrible experience. I live in la and was referred by my mother . An HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. I showed up for my FIRST time to the shop, excited to get Botox for the first time. Only to be contacted right at 10 am by Claudia sayin she would be 10 minutes and told me to go get coffee. I went to Starbucks and chilled in my car. 30 minutes go by and so I check in to ask if she is ok and what her eta was. No response. I am a hairdresser so I understand things like this happen - however she handled this so wrong! She should have called me and been honest with me about when she would arrive . At least then I would have felt contacted and could plan around instead of sitting on the curb for an hour. She then proceeds to tell me she was coming from LA. This is when I became annoyed. I LIVE in la . I drove From LA to Rancho to see her and I managed to be on time. Clearly this person has horrible time management skills and horrible communication skills. If I would have known she was coming from LA I would've preferred to do a house call. Saving both time and gas for both of us. Instead I ended up driving all the way to Rancho Cucamonga to get Starbucks. What a waste of time and energy. I would've at least left in a better mood if she had only communicated with me better. The doctor was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about my experience at True Beauty Aesthetics. First, I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m., which had been confirmed by phone. I arrived to find the salon closed! I called both numbers posted on the door, but no one answered either line. When I finally got my appointment, the technician was TERRIBLE! She did not even introduce herself! There was no dialog - she did not give me any indication of what the treatment would involve or what I was to expect. She was NOT AT ALL gentle while administering the treatment! More than once, she she hit the bones in my face with the instrument so hard that it made me jump! When she was finished, she handed me one paper towel (PAPER TOWEL?!) to wipe the tons of gel off my face and hair, since by that time the gel was in my hair all around my face!
