Unfortunately our local UPS Drop Box isn't big enough for packages so I headed out to the Sunrise UPS location. Very nice store. Clean place and friendly people. I was sent a QR code to return my item, Sealed up the box, printed a label & taped it to the box. When I walked through the door, a young man held out his hand, like "I'll take that" and he did. He scanned it in front of me to confirm that all was 'good' and I left. I'm glad I found this spot. It's in a good location with lots of easy parking and next to Raley's at the corner of Douglas & Sunrise and adjacent to the Walgreen's Rx drive-through; so you can coordinate a couple of quick trips together. With Christmas coming up; I'm glad I found this place. This location also has a Notary that may come in handy in the future. I've used their service before in San Jose and it came in handy. I'd recommend calling ahead for an appt for this service so they can carve out some time for you; to check ID etc. read more

The employees are never friendly. Today was another example. Today, there were two people and no one in the store, they did not greet me nor did they come to help. I mentioned I had Amazon returns and he pointed to an Amazon kiosk and said, "scan there." No assistance, no smile, no greeting whatsoever. WOW! I managed to figure stuff out, but when I asked, "do I leave it with you?", he said, "you can", as if I knew where to put the boxes. There was no sign or info on where to put the boxes. Just a very smug, rude mannerism for both of them. I see that the owner responds to the reviews which is good, but nothing changes. I believe it is a franchise store and that is the problem. No professionalism. I used to work for UPS and this is not the way it's done. I'll be calling corporate and letting them know. read more

We come to this location to drop off Amazon returns or occasionally other packages and have never had any issues! It is located in a larger plaza than another UPS store in the city, so it's much easier to access and find parking. An added plus is that it's next to a grocery store so it's convenient to stop by when we're running other errands. There usually isn't a line and if there is, it moves fairly quickly. The store itself is small but it's nice that there may be a few employees working at the same time since sometimes it could backed up if one customer's needs take a long time. The employees themselves are friendly and efficient, and we are able to get in and out without much delay! read more

Always go in here for my returns from Amazon. They are friendly and fast. I have the barcode ready, match the package and get a recipient and leave. They also offer other services like paper shredding. You pay per pound and throw the papers in the trash can. I will continue to use them since they are so convenient and never had any issues with them. read more

I regularly use this location for Amazon returns and it's always easy! There are rarely lines, employees are friendly, I'm always offered my return confirmation. Couple times I've had other packages to send the pricing UPS charges compared to others is way more. read more

Super quick in and out visit to this location to print out some documents. Friendly reminder, UPS Stores do more than just shipping and receiving packages. Because I don't have a home printer, The UPS Store offers services like printing documents if you email it to their store email.. all this for a small fee. I had a 12 page document that needed to be printed out and I was able to do that here. The customer service is quick and efficient. Come here for all your UPS needs. read more

I went to the post office today to compare prices against UPS. UPS wanted to charge me $147 for the 2nd box listed in my photo on my post office receipt. Yet, as you can see, I was able to send 2 boxes with $300 worth of insurance and a book of stamps for a total of $127.25. UPS is a total rip off! They will never get my money. Before I left, a lady walked in wanting a mailbox. After UPS showed her the prices, she told them that their prices were awfully high for such a small box. These guys have saved my butt so many times! I buy a lot on Amazon since the pandemic. I end up having to return things for different reasons and not once o these guys ever make me feel bad or anything. Instead they've been more than helpful. I brought in one item that needed a box and everything. The guy got me a box which I knew I would pay for, but he made sure to get me the smallest box so it would be cheaper. Just honestly they've been just really nice. I hate returning items. I get anxious and feel bad. But I'm really glad I use this UPS store. Thank you. read more

This store is ok, not much of a wait most times but worst customer service from the mid aged guy with darker hair and glasses on. I don't know if he's the owner or manager but he needs to be a role model to his employees. Whenever I come in here he seems to always be in a bad mood, not saying anything to you, just grabs your shipment and hands you the receipt like he doesn't ever want to be here. I am not one for leaving reviews - especially when they're poor since I never know what someone is going through. However, after my experience today, I had to say something. This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The only reason I've used their services is that I live ¼ mile away, and I have to send documents, via UPS, for work. Because of the poor service, I usually go WAY out of my way to the UPS Store on Olsen Dr. I was in a rush today because we hired a new employee, and my boss asked me to send her materials ASAP. I dreaded going in because I knew I would meet a miserable employee who doesn't like their job and makes no effort to hide it. I measured and weighed my items at home and purchased and printed the label at home. When I got to the store, I asked them to pack and ship the box - instantly, the employee said, "we don't do that." I'm sorry, what??? I asked if this was new since I've done this same transaction before, and he said, "no, we don't do that." I then asked if I could purchase a box and packing materials, and he said, "no, you can put it in a box at home and bring it back." Of course, I left. I made my way to the Olsen Dr. store and was in and out in four minutes (maybe less). I will never make the mistake of using this store again. read more

Am I really the first to review for this new UPS location??? I've never been first. Anyway, I've now been to this location a handful of times to return Amazon purchases and to ship a few other items - and the young people that works at this location have always been delightful. Very helpful and courteous. I hope the boss lady/man knows that his people are doing a good job! I am SOOO glad to have this UPS so close to home! Depending on time of day, getting over to the Olson location can be a pain. The traffic getting in and out of that area can take some time. I dropped off some handmade signs to ship ground to Texas and they lost it before the driver even scanned. It's been a week now since reporting it missing and they haven't even opened a claim apparently. Will not be using this store again. read more

Don't trust the hours of this store. I had to be out of town and today was the last day I was able to ship out my package, so I was relying on going before work to drop it off today. Their hours say they open at 9am on the door, so I came by at 10am and their gates were still down and their doors were locked, and when I tried calling I was taken straight to voicemail, not even a message stating their hours. read more
