They met with us and identified some areas my son could work on after a consultation and set up a training plan. What I like is the trainer to kid ratio, the classes aren't that big and there is usually several trainers helping out. The facility is just for training athletes, it's their specialty. They also have the athletes log their workouts for review purposes. Also loved the fact that they are very low pressure with the training packages that they offer. It's pricey but worth it --- it's too darn hot to train outside!!!! If you are looking for a place to enhance your kid's workouts give ignite a call!

They started off with an athletic evaluation and let us know where your strengths and weaknesses are. They then have a plan for you but not just athletically, nutritionally as well. As a parent, I feel they care so much about their athletes. We ended up signing on monthly instead of just for the summer. The boys love training there and we have seen athletic gains in just the few weeks they have been attending.

Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Very disappointing

Both of our boys are on the spectrum, and while my younger son was having some difficulty focusing in the water (which is to be expected given how much he loves it), the instructor's reaction was completely inappropriate. During the last session, the instructor was visibly upset--rolling his eyes and even looking up at the ceiling in frustration. No parent should ever have to witness that kind of behavior directed at their child, especially a child on the spectrum who needs patience and support. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel and withdraw our kids from the program, the staff member we spoke with didn't even ask why we were leaving or show any concern at all. That lack of care and understanding was just as disappointing as what we saw during lessons. Parents of children with autism, please think twice before enrolling your kids here. We all want an environment that offers patience, care, and encouragement, and unfortunately EVO did not provide that for our family. We will not be returning.
