Turns out my insurance company doesn't like things done that way. That was on me. Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn't the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. I'm not sure if that's a standard service, but it definitely showed their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Great work, honest communication, and a team that clearly cares about doing things right. I would definitely recommend Bandera Paint & Body.

From the beginning to end, Caliber Fair Oaks provided first class service. I didn't feel rushed or felt like I was wasting his time. Oscar, was fantastic to work with. He listened to the issues at hand (hit and run on front bumper and someone tried to steal gas and broke hinge on my gas flap). He took pictures of my car and was able to provide me with a quote. The quote was fairly reasonable considering I was paying out of pocket for my repairs. I didn't have to waste my time with a rental, he ordered the parts and when they came in he called and I was able to schedule a time to drop it off. It took about a week, and they were even able to wash and deliver my car to my house. Would highly recommend.

When I called originally, they were EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone about it. All I asked for was a quote and they spoke to me as if I was stupid and refused to give me a quote, then hung up on me. When my father called 5 minutes later they treated him much more kindly than me and gave him a quote almost immediately. Any time I called asking about updates they said someone would call me back and no one ever did. The biggest problem I had with this place, though, was the fact that they could never give me a straight, honest answer. I understand they might not know for sure, but I would've rather them just said that than lie over and over again about it. I nearly got fired because they wouldn't honestly tell me when I would have reliable transportation again. When I finally got my car back, after a month longer than they originally expected, they gave me a bill for twice the amount. Blindsided. Their customer service is extremely lacking in my experience and I've never been more frustrated with my car. I'd give this place one star but, damn did they fix my car up nice. They fixed everything, even things that had no relation to why I brought it in to begin with. I'm still very upset with the lack of communication and disrespect to me, but at the very least they did their job.

Keep in mind the insurance company paid them the estimate they send them. So DJ said he will give me a call on Monday (2/19/19) for a status repot well Monday came and no phone call. Really bad communication.

Final cost 70+ for additive because of "shop cost & labor" had I known I wouldn't have added it to my service. Text to return to office, sat down, not greeted, asked about charge & paid. Waited and then was told to wait outside. I couldn't stand, told to sit in bench and they would bring car around. Waited waited waited. Asked and he found my keys on podium, hit alarm and my car was somewhere in distance. He said it was "employees parking lot". He expected me to walk out there! He explained if he brought it over I'd have to get in service line. I told him I didn't care as long as I was in my air conditioned car. Last time they said I "had chunk out of tire". Went to Discount Tire-no problem. On my husbands truck I waited over 4 hours for them to put tire on rim. When I complained while waiting that Discount Tire could do it in an hour I was told "we aren't Discount Tire". Yeah going into San Antonio for service even though I live in Boerne and their service in years past was really good. Soooo disappointed and angry.
