Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

When you're paying around $100 for a service, you should expect quality work and respectful treatment. To make matters worse, they charge extra just to remove old polish. Even after all that, the pedicure wasn't well done, and I left unhappy with how my nails looked. I'm very disappointed with both the service and the overall experience. I would recommend looking for another salon where customers are treated with kindness and the quality of the work matches the price. The vibe feels cold and unwelcoming, which makes the experience even worse.
