Trendy looking restaurant with superb service when creative takes on the food that they offer. Really enjoyed my lunch here this afternoon and it overlaps happy hour so I was able to also enjoy some happy hour espresso martinis. I will start with those because they were exceptional, and I will definitely be coming back for more. Nice for a date night happy hour or late afternoon cocktail but not a typical bar vibe if that's what you're looking for. For a meal today, I ordered the burger. The salad was exceptional. The burger was average. The ingredients were good, but the burger did itself did not have much flavor. The side dish of fries was crispy and delicious. We also had the iced green tea which was awesome and I tried a Matcha Horchata latte which was exceptionally good. Service was beyond excellent. A bit pricey for lunch but overall well worth it. Will definitely add to the places to drop in for a nice unrushed lunch.

Gosh do I wish we had a True Food closer to us! You can tell the food is clean, and it's so tasty and unique. We loved the edamame dumplings. I also really enjoyed my jambalaya, it was quite spicy for me, but that did not stop me from finishing it! My husband also loved his buffalo chicken sandwich. The air-fried food over the usual grease fried, was such a great change of pace! And let me tell you about the drinks! DELISH! Our waitress was also the restaurant's bartender, she was very busy but thorough and kind in answering any and all questions I had and made those drinks with love! If we didn't live 2 hours away this place would be a regular for us!

    Chicken breast

I can't say anything about the taste. I've had take out here a few times and it hasn't made an impression, but my issue is the price and inconsistency of food volume sizes. Two of us will order the same thing and get different quantity of food. An example is the chicken breast. For over $7, I got barely anything in comparison to my mother who had a good size. She ate hers before I could take a picture but I'm including a picture of mine.

Its been a while since I visited here. I came with two friends and we shared everything. We had their guacamole appetizer and our mains were the butternut squash pizza and their seasonable salad. Everything was fresh, innovative and tasty. I will definitely be coming back.

My voting is 4.5 as paying the bill was not possible via the phone. Nowadays it should be a must. Aside the payment method, everything else was spectacular! I ordered a burger with mushrooms and kale salad and was so tasty the interior design was great and modern but with a family/ friends touch. There is a parking area close by which is a great plus?

This restaurant offers a healthy and varied menu. I liked that many ingredients can be substituted and that they have some unique menu options. The space is open, with spacious layout which makes the space feel inviting. The service was okay, but it was not the highlight of the experience.

    Farmers hash

As I sit here watching the bartender chat with 2 regulars and the bar I say to myself , where is my cappuccino ? Nowhere is sight that's where.. it took the server tapping the service bar to get her attention .. time I waited, 8 minutes.. the rock sugar served on the side was a nice touch. I ordered the farmers hash, the steak pieces are tougher than the soles on my sandals and the eggs are a bit overdone even though I asked for them scrambled well . Vegetables seem fresh and what saved this dish was the sauce burried underneath the eggs. Bread served with dish was dryer than the Sahara so ask for butter unless you enjoy swallowing sawdust . My waiter is ok , not as attentive as I would like but he does have 3 tables.. the mvp was the food runner, I asked him for hot sauce and seconds later I had it . Would I come here again? Hard no, $25 not well spent .

Had never heard of this place but am on a fitness cleanse and was on the run looking for the best place for some protein. The space was huge (both indoor and outdoor seating). It's July in Miami, so indoors it was! Our server came to greet us right away and was very helpful making recommendations. We went with the turkey burger (no bun) and the sweet potato hash with a side kale salad. The turkey burger tasted freshly grilled and was filling. I would have liked a little more lettuce for the no bun situation, but I made due with a fork and knife. The sweet potato were air fried with some onions for a nice touch. The kale salad was fresh and was tossed a nice lemon and garlic topped with Parmesan. It was the absolute best healthy meal I could have gotten outside of cooking it myself. My only critique is that there are tons of windows that allow the light in, so next time I wouldn't mind the air being up a bit higher. If you're near the Falls and looking for a healthier option for a meal out, check this place out.

This restaurant is gorgeous! it has a beautiful bar and big booths to sit at. it is a sit-down restaurant. it is nice to see healthy options hit the falls! I ordered a salad to-go and it took quite a long time. I waited at the bar. I had the chopped salad with white cheddar, farro, medjool dates, jicama, apple, raisins, marcona almonds, and a side of champagne vinaigrett. I liked how all the ingredients or organic! I added grilled chicken on top! It was good but not worth the price point in my opinion! They should toss the salad or do something to add a little more flavor-- maybe chop up the ingredients or something. I would still come back to try the spaghetti squash or air fried chicken.

Absolutely delicious lunch! Great vibe on the patio and the service was great as well. The fish was fresh and my husbands ancient grain bowl with steak was divine the portions are perfect! Not pictured but also delicious bright eyes juice

Steak frites is a big meal and the jambalaya.

Delicious healthy food options. We LOVE the Brussels sprouts app. The pizza made with sourdough bread is great. Our kids love eating here too. They split the buttered pasta, chicken tenders, air fried french fries, and cheese pizza.

True Food Kitchen at The Falls is awesome! The vibe is incredibly inviting. The service was impeccable and our customers waitress was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. I ordered the tuna lettuce wraps, Ancient Grains Bowl, matcha horchata and it was absolutely delicious!! All our plates perfectly balanced flavors with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend True Food Kitchen.

Come with me to True Food Kitchen, located at The Falls shopping mall. They offer a variety of dishes and drinks made with seasonal ingredients. To drink, I had the Iced Oat Shakerato, made with Organic espresso, oat milk, and brown sugar. If you like strong coffee, this is the one to go with. My friend had their Iced Matcha Horchata. I am not a fan of matcha, but I would order this for myself since it didn't have that grassy taste I usually find in matcha drinks. We kept going back and forth on what to order, so we ordered two dishes and shared them. We decided on their brunch menu and went with the Blueberry Pancakes and the Rancher's Hash. The blueberry pancakes are a vegetarian option, and they were thin but so good I could eat a few of them. The Rancher's Hash was excellent. I took out the tomatoes, and the portion was split in two, which is why it looks so small in the reel, but it packs flavor. I also tried spiked peach lemonade, which was nice and refreshing. Overall, I loved True Food Kitchen. Their food was fresh and delicious. They also offer a good variety and are celiac-friendly. I will definitely visit again.

We've enjoyed this BJ's for about five years. We came for the comfortable bar and stayed for its…read moreexcellent house beers, especially Hopstorm IPA. But after attending three of its beer dinners, I wish BJ's would give those events the same attention it gives its regular dining room. The September 14 Oktoberfest dinner cost $45 per person when booked in advance and included five food courses and six beers. BJ's decorated the long communal table beautifully, right down to the little pumpkins. Guests poured their own tastings from bottles set along the table, which let us try a little of each and revisit the ones we liked. More beer was available when requested. A way to rinse the one glass used all evening would improve the tasting. The food was plentiful, but the kitchen's execution was disappointing. The pretzel arrived cool. My broccoli cheddar soup tasted good but contained tough, woody broccoli stem. The wedge salad was wet, limp and dominated by red onion. Sal's Brewhouse Chicken was the best course--good flavor, tender asparagus and a generous portion--but it arrived warm rather than hot, and the chicken was somewhat tough. The strawberry shortcake Pizookie arrived with completely melted ice cream and a soggy, sludgy cookie underneath. Food served at the proper temperature is a basic expectation, even at a prepaid group dinner. Service had the same problem we've seen at previous beer dinners: too much work assigned to too few people. As far as we could tell, two servers were handling beer, delivering each course to the entire table, clearing plates and responding to requests from roughly 18-24 guests. They worked hard, and I don't fault them. They needed help when each course came out and when the dishes were cleared. A large tray of dirty dishes crashed on its way out near the end of this dinner; remarkably, we witnessed a similar mishap at a previous one. BJ's has the experience and staff to serve a group this size far more smoothly. The event also needs someone who can guide the tasting. We received a card naming the beers, but learned little about their flavors or why each was paired with its course. The host had to speak over the restaurant music and was difficult to hear. Turning down the music and giving the host a microphone--or simply a brief, useful introduction to each pairing--would make this feel like a beer dinner rather than a group meal with bottles on the table. Most puzzling, nobody has asked us for feedback after any of the three dinners. There are straightforward fixes here: have enough staff available for course delivery and clearing, check plates before they leave the kitchen, and ask guests what worked. I'm writing this because we *want* the dinners to succeed. We'll continue coming to BJ's for Hopstorm, the comfortable bar, and good values like the weekday $13 Pizookie Meal Deal--especially the excellent Southern Fried Chicken. Happy hour and occasional gift-card bonuses are worthwhile, too. The $45 beer dinner provides plenty of food and beer, and friends make it a fun night. But after three attempts, I can't recommend the dinner itself without serious reservations. BJ's has everything it needs to make these events much better.

Before anyone assumes that I'm insane for giving a big chain restaurant 5 stars, let me explain:…read more I'm not saying that the steaks here are of the highest quality or some of the best I've had. Quite frankly, I can make comparable or better steaks at home. Having said that, Longhorn offers great value to someone who wants to visit a steakhouse for less than typical steakhouse prices. These restaurants are comfortable with classic Texas steakhouse feel and decor while mostly providing good service. I usually order a ribeye and, in my experience, they've been cooked properly (medium rare). The seasoning can vary a bit. They also have affordable lunch special (like soup and salad combos) for someone who does not want steak. A properly cooked 12-oz ribeye for less than $30 in 2026 is, in my opinion, well worth it.

And it's plenty as a meal. Parking can get full during rush hour, but there's always parking at the Falls which is always abundant.

The star of the show was undoubtedly "D" Delaine, who was fabulous in every way. From the moment we walked in, D's warm energy and expertise made us feel so welcome and guided us perfectly in crafting the best kale and arugula salad I've ever tasted. The greens were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced with a variety of colorful veggies and a light, flavorful dressing that D recommended--pure perfection! We couldn't resist trying more, so "D" Delaine was fabulous again in helping us customize a vegan protein-packed wrap that was out of this world. The wrap was bursting with wholesome ingredients, and D's suggestions for the perfect combination of plant-based proteins and sauces elevated it to a whole new level. I'm still dreaming about how satisfying and flavorful it was! We were so impressed that we went back for a third treat--a peanut butter smoothie that was nothing short of divine. It was creamy, delicious, and just the right amount of sweet, making it the perfect way to cap off our visit. "D" Delaine was fabulous yet again, ensuring every detail was spot-on and making our entire experience unforgettable. The food at Just Salad Pembroke Pines is top-notch, and with D's incredible guidance, it's a must-visit for anyone looking for healthy, vegan-friendly meals that don't skimp on taste. Five stars all the way! We had one super small concern, they were cutting onions and that made my wifey's eyes water. But hey for fresh cut veggies. It is still worth the minor tear drop.
