I come here often and it is sooo good! I've had their breakfast, lunch and dinner before. I love how fresh everything tastes and how great the service is. Today I had the ancient grains bowl with their salmon and my friend had the tuna poke bowl. We need more healthy places like this and so I'm glad it is here and tastes delicious! I know this is random but I also love their water , it comes from a specific filter and I appreciate not just getting unfiltered water served to me. You can taste the difference. We've been coming to the falls mall since it opened. We had noticed this new natural eats restaurant and we wanted get together with our kids and family . So my son in law called and made reservations. It's a beautiful modern looking building completely remodel. It used to be a TGI Friday's back in the Days. Yes love the decor the lighting and the long bar sitting area . Our waitress was a little lost , cause in two of the orders she forgot to mention that they were out of the sea bass , instead we opted to have salmon . They have a good menu ,with starters ,salad bowls, pizza , burgers, with specialty cocktails , wines and spirits. The food was great my son in law had the wild caught tuna salad wraps he loved it He highly recommended., it .Me and my son and his wife had the butternut squash soup a bit disappointed , mines was bland in taste but by the time they got theirs it was very watery . I opted to try the not your mamas meat loaf it was delicious loved the seasoning on the beef and the herb roasted fingerling potatoes and honey roasted mushrooms and carrots were to die for , also loved the side seasonal veggies. The drinks were amazing too . A must try the smoked show old fashion was as great as the Pomelo margarita. So my review is all about how miss leading the new menu was. All the evening started good, although the squash soup was a bit oily, I didnt complain because as a returning customer, I usually enjoy my meals here but tonight will be my lastday spending hard earned coins here. With new menu that show a starter mean and entree at 27.99 with various up charges. The bill total for two was 120.00 but the bill did not reflect the prices. The waiter could not explain except saying, it works out. The manager who was very I dont careish, said the samething. " Its hard to explain but that is way it is in thr POS"‍He said. Just sorry! Came in for their happy hour and was pleasantly surprised at their wide variety of options for both food & drinks. I had been craving a grilled cheese & tomato soup combo & theirs was amazing, def one of the best I have had. Great spot to grab yummy healthy food. Fairly quick take out (depending on the night service can be slower) . The menu is altered slightly depending on the season. But luckily the delicious Kale Salad and Cauliflower seem to be mainstays. Their flatbreads are great without being too heavy and making you feel bogged down. Wow! I had an incredible experience at true food kitchen. I went really late at night and got a chicken sandwich and a margarita pizza it was delicious. We don't normally like national chains, but I've got to give props to True for a great concept: healthy food with fresh ingredients emphasizing produce. The edamame dumplings are one of the best things we've ever had; they come swimming in dashi, white truffle oil, and herbs. They have multiple vegetarian options and great beverages, like Matcha Horchata, Kale Aid, and Hibiscus Limeade. The Ancient Grains Bowl is a winner. The Margherita Pizza has lots of basil and cheese, but suffered slightly from a lack of crisp crust. The Garden Scramble is hearty, but the scrambled eggs lacked seasoning. Although there are several organic options, it would be great to have more. Nevertheless, it's a great option for brunch, and you can make reservations on Open Table. read more

I love true food. It's my go to spot for a healthy meal. Everything on the menu is amazing. My favorites are the soups (whichever is in season) and the edamame. For my meal I always get the spaghetti squash with chicken. I prefer the grilled chicken over the chicken sausage. My husband orders the burger every time with the sweet potato side. It's big enough that you can walk in and always get seated without having to wait and it's very family friendly. This is my second visit here and definitely one of my new favorite places! Thus far the food has been outstanding on both visits. On first visit started with the cauliflower OMG the most amazing cauliflower fish I've ever eaten hands down. So much flavor!!! Kale salad was delicious as well perfect amount of lemon. Everything tastes fresh too. And tastes just as good the next day (I had leftovers). Hubby had tuna tostado and corn soup. He said both were very good. On todays visit I ordered the seasonal ingredients salad with shrimp. Has a mix of seasonal veges that compliment each other perfectly. My only issue was that it had a bit too much dressing for my taste but still delicious. This time my husband opted for the chicken and manchego panini and kale salad (He doesn't like hell but he had the entire Salad). My husband has had the local beer, La Rubia (they have two to choose from), both times. First visit at frank citrus skinny margarita today the prairie Mary. I recommend both. I'm a big fan of giving credit where it's due, and True Food Kitchen has got it going on. Our server Jada was super knowledgeable about the menu and had an infectious spirit and energy that any restaurant or business would be lucky to have. The food for the most part was very well balanced and tasty. The hummus with their homemade pita is delicious and we really enjoyed the refreshing watermelon salad. The pan seared sea bass was very good and I really loved the mushrooms. We also shared the spicy panang curry had the perfect amount of heat, delicious crisp veggies, and the shrimp we added were grilled to perfection. The actual curry sauce wasn't my favorite. It was missing some of the magic of a traditional Thai panang sauce, but that was one minor blemish on an otherwise fab experience. read more

Ok, so my visit to this place was sort in of a convenient accident. I came to The Falls shopping center to buy something at the apple store. I had about a 2 hour wait and it was around lunch so the closest place to eat was this one . This was my first time here, I looked at the menu outside and said, what the heck, let's try it. There really weren't many things that sounded appetizing to me, so after looking for a few minutes I opted for the grass-fed burger, now if you like fries with your burger you are out of luck, the only potato they serve here is sweet potato, and only hash. You can also have a kale salad, a no no for me, so I ended up having a butternut squash side of soup. Now I have to be honest, the burger was delicious and so was the soup, and I really enjoyed this. While this is not my type of restaurant and I will probably not make it a point to come eat here again, but if I am at the apple store again and hungry, I might have this burger again. Things I didn't like: no regular fries, I didn't see a regular salad like lettuce tomatoes cucumbers etc, everything was kale. The cappuccino I had wasn't bad but I do not think it had real milk. Who is this place for? Vegetarians, vegans, people who are supper picky about what they eat, but if you are a foodie like me, this is probably not a place you will enjoy. Had some sort of chicken sandwich as entree which had absolutely no flavor whatsoever and had maybe 5 flavorless chunks of chicken. waitress seemed offended when I asked for salt & pepper. The kale salad was so bad, doused in lemon juice, it was inedible. People who give this place 5 stars must have left their tastebuds at home.
