Honestly an incredible experience, i came here about 3 weeks ago with my girlfriend and everything on the menu was incredible. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to us. The guy with the long hair who i assume is the owner was extremely friendly and social with us, i really wanted to try the steak sandwich but i came at around 2:30 or something which was right after breakfast time and they really werent supposed to serve it after that time and he did it anyways which i thought was really nice because he really didnt have to do that and i couldve ordered something else honestly . I also go to a lot of coffee shops and used to be a barista myself and this matcha was very good and paired with the ube flavor is delicious. The strawberry pancake we shared is just the perfect consistency and delicious and it just melts in your mouth. Also, while both were very good, and hers had lots of Oreo pieces, mine didn't really seem to have any PB Cup pieces, although there was definitely a lot of PB sauce/syrup to overwhelm the flavor. My husband did not like the affogato (ice cream and espresso) We ordered the brunch and still hungover pancakes and pork belly banh mi pancakes. The banh mi was better. I did like the taste of the cucumbers and the pork was tender. We paid over $50 and left hungry. This place is known for their pancakes and from what I experienced their friendly service as well. It's a rather small restaurant with a bar area for single diners or anyone that doesn't want the tables. There is limited outside seating possibly 2-4 tables of 2 each. Plenty of parking so that is never going to be an issue. I had the lemon blueberry pancakes which is one of their top sellers. I found the meal to be above average but I noticed cold sections in the pancake probably from frozen fruit added in, I could be wrong. Pricing is moderate but the quality is high. The service was great from start to finish, they even opened the door for me on the way out. This restaurant turns into a burger themed option after 5pm. Very good place for brunch and quite possibly a good place for burger fans. You may get a wait if you come during high traffic times and days. read more
