This has become my absolute favorite place to watch a sporting event. Yes, there are sports bars that are more lively or that have better drink specials, but I have yet to find one that has such excellent service, easy to view TVs, a pleasant crowd, and food that is pretty darn good. And don't get me started about their Pizookie desserts. I have tried several, and they ran from outstanding to decadent. Not a single one I would not be happy with. A lot of times they only order apps. I have tried many and the shrimp is the absolute best but the nachos are good and the combination platter is outstanding. When watching the football game, these appetizers are the perfect comfort food to get you through the first half. The second half is the opportunity to try one of the meals. On non game days, I go with the unlimited soup and salad which comes with the mini Pizookie. I choose the chili and for a small up charge I'll often get a bread bowl for the first serving. Well, I prefer my chili a little spicier, their recipe is very tasty and is among the better versions served in restaurants that I have been to. This was a girls night after working all week!! I called ahead and asked if I can bring my own champagne bottle since it was a gift for Christmas. The person said yeah and that there was no cork fee. That's awesome!! I live BJs since California so i was happy to bet there. They always have one of the best Rieslings château Saint Michelle. We all ordered a bunch of appetizers and shared. Yes, it's a chain, but the beers are actually pretty good, the atmosphere is lively, and there are TVs everywhere with games on, so it's a fun spot to hang out without it feeling boring or stuffy. We were there on the 6th celebrating two birthdays, and it was a pretty big party. Our server, Kerri, was truly one of the best servers we've ever had. We've been celebrating birthdays and other events at this location for at least five years, and we have never had a server like her. We've honestly never gone without having at least some sort of issue, and most times it felt like we were forgotten about -- but not this night. Kerri was truly exceptional. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she was somehow always one step ahead of us -- almost like she could read our minds before we even had to ask for anything. We were absolutely blown away by the level of care and service she provided. We made sure to thank her before we left, but we really can't say enough great things about her. Went for a late Valentine's Day dinner with my wife and daughter and we were sat immediately which was amazing. The ambience was perfect for the occasion with low lights and good 90s music. Our waitress was great as well, she brought our order quick and was very attentive if we needed anything. We had the avocado egg rolls and the sticky ribs as appetizers. The ribs were delicious and the egg rolls were ok, not my favorite. As an entree I ordered the deep dish ziti and it was very flavorful! I love the combination of tomato sauce and cheese. About five years ago, I had a less than great visit, and despite that, I decided to give this location another try. Unfortunately, nothing has improved since then. The service was acceptable, but the food was quite disappointing. I ordered a bacon ranch flatbread appetizer, which tasted like it had been microwaved. For the main course, I chose the Atlantic Salmon, which was overcooked and was a very small portion. The rice served alongside was stale and clumpy, clearly not fresh. When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she seemed embarrassed by the quality. While the bar atmosphere is nice for having a beer and chatting, the food quality is unacceptable. There was one other table out there seated and a couple tables inside. Essentially pretty empty overall. I quickly had regrets about not just sitting at the bar instead of options for fresh air and scenery. It literally took my server Bri I believe her name was almost 20 minutes to even come out to offer me water. I remembered because I'd initially said at 15 minutes I was leaving. But got distracted by my phone. She was however pleasant and efficient. I ordered wings they weren't too bad. We were here 2 days ago on Saturday to stop for lunch. This was our first time here. Considering it was midday on a Saturday, I was surprised by how empty the place was. We got our pick of seating, so we sat in a comfy booth. They have piped in music, which was somewhat loud, but we could still hold a conversation. The decor is done beautifully in a lot of wood beams and window sills. I liked it because it felt like I was at a large ski lodge in the mountains. I ordered the French Dip sandwich with a scoop of white cheddar mash. It came with Cole slaw and au jūs. I was disappointed that the Beef was on the dry side and didn't seem seasoned. I tried using the table salt, but it was stuck and wouldn't come out of the shaker. A French baguette would really improve the sandwich as the bread that was used melted in the au jūs and fell apart. It was very messy. I love French dips, but I didn't fall in love with this one. The mash was bland and could've used some seasonings also. The Cole Slaw was good. This was the best cole slaw that I have tasted in a long time. I couldn't eat the other half of my sandwich and took it home for our chihuahuas. My daughter ordered the Kickin Chickin with sweet potato fries, sauces, and bread. She said that her meal could've used more seasoning and was just ok. Our server, Andrew, was very nice and helpful. He recommended the Smores dessert to us. It has a Ghiradelli chocolate bottom cookie, marshmallows, Graham crackers, and yummy vanilla ice cream. Wow, it was delicious!! We split it as there was enough for two people. All in all, we would go back and try other meal selections as we liked the ambiance of BJ's. It is a nice, clean place with a cozy but fun feel. My guys were in great form tonight with their boneless and bone in $5 wing night plus the Heat and the Panthers playing. Our server Ivan gets 5 stars because he greeted us instantly, was very nice & our food & drinks came out perfect. Once my food was dropped off I was expecting to see Ivan to order a second round of drinks for both of us & to let him know we would be getting the check soon. No one approached our table after my meal was delivered, except a server walked past us and asked us if we needed our check or dessert menu. Not sure where to start... I always try to find the good so let me start with that.. The manager was trying very hard to make the experience right! He was kind and understanding regarding the meal that came out cold and the replacement came after the others finished their dinners and wasn't what was ordered. He offered dessert and when we respectfully declined, he removed the meal and applied a discount. The waitress could've been more attentive to the situation, she left it up to the manager and we didn't see too much of her. The restaurant looks a little run down especially for the area and the floors could use a good cleaning. This once was a place my family frequently visited. One positive thing was that the host told us our table would take 25-30 minutes, but it was ready right away, which we appreciated. To drink, I had the mango spicy margarita. It was good, but it didn't taste like mango. However, it was definitely spicy and I loved that it had pieces of jalapeño in it. As an appetizer, I wanted the Ahi Poke, but they had just run out. Instead, I ordered the chili crunch potstickers, which were good, and the sauce on the side was tasty. I also ordered the burger sliders with fries. The burgers were a bit dry but tasted better with the added pickle. However, the lettuce wasn't fresh, and the fries didn't seem very fresh either. Additionally, I was given a dirty knife. He smiled the entire time in-spite our family walking in close to your closing time (10:10pm). The appetizers were exactly that, appetizing. The food is so yuuumy. This has become a go-to spot for us when we're in the area due to their great beers and food selection. My favorite menu items are: The Prime Rib special - they have it on Saturdays, and I think Sundays too after 3 or 4pm. Bartenders are good and serve up original beers made by BJ's. There's a good selection of them and we always find something good to try. They have guest taps as well. It's always chill there when we go on the weekends and sit at the bar for a pint and some food. Also their bowls are really good, I've had their salmon and quinoa bowl and it's a winner. When we arrived, there was no one at the door to greet the guests. The sad part was that the waiters walked right in front of us and didn't even have the courtesy to say "please wait." I've eaten at other BJ's, but the hostess here was a disaster. The worst part was that as we walked to our assigned table, I had never seen a restaurant floor so greasy, full of crumbs, and dirty. It was honestly disgusting -- such a disappointment that I decided to get up and go to another restaurant. They really need to do something about their staff. From what I see, they act like they're doing you a favor by serving you, when it's actually the other way around. If they have a high volume of guests, someone should be sweeping and cleaning the floor constantly. Again, this is by far the worst location I've ever seen and visited. read more

When she came back with them, we put in our food orders. The food was taking a while to come out, understandably. We were never checked on by our waitress in the meantime. I happened to turn around to see how busy the restaurant was, which she saw me do. She came to see if I needed anything, so I asked for more water. She said she would come back with the pitcher but never offered refills to anyone else and never came back to refill my water. The food finally came. Some of it was cold. We ate quickly, and the table was bussed before the waitress came back. Three of us ordered pazookie deals. Finally, we got the waitress to the table to order our pazookies, and she acted confused since she had no idea our food had already come. We added three more mini pazookies on since there were 6 of us. Three came out. She left and brought us back three additional spoons and said thank you for the patience. She then got tied up with her other tables, and it was clear the three additional pazookies were not coming. We waited 10 more minutes before we finally threw in the towel, got up, and told her to cancel the remaining desserts, which she also seemed confused about.
