The dent he repaired was scuffed, so I could see where the damage was previously . Looking at the reflection, it looked pretty straight. Any person not specifically looking for dents would not notice it. Hopefully I never need their service again, but I would use them again if I'm unlucky and get another door ding. I then called Elite.. they said Zelle them the parts fee and I felt so scared and skeptical like how am I just gonna Zelle them and I don't get a receipt.. But they immediately texted me a picture of my receipt upon delivery of $. Which I appreciated. They texted me when part arrived on a Monday morning and even said they were gonna go ahead and paint it so when it's ready they can call me in to put it on and that way I don't have to be without a car for 2-3 days which I really appreciated as well! Saves me from having to get a rental!! They texted me a 3 days later on Friday saying part should be ready to install by Tuesday. They'd text me an update on Monday. UPDATE: They texted me to bring car in around 12:30pm but I had to pick my daughter up at 3:09pm, he said if I take it in now he'd be done before 3pm. I was a bit skeptical and didn't think they could, I arrived at 1:15pm and was gone by 2:15pm. Just in time to get my daughter not to mention I didn't have to be without a car for 2-3 days like they originally quoted. So I was very happy!!!!! Extremely pleased with the service.
