I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

He only painted the seams he repaired. No problem, I paid him $5000. I sent my painter there to paint the ceilings. He sent pictures od rough areas and seams that weren't completely finished and ready for paint. The painter went and got joint compound and finished the repairs. Two days later he cam back and sanded the new repaires and he painted the ceilings. He charged me only $500 for the work and extra trip. I sent the new repair photos and invoice to Vinnand asked for a $500 refund. He refused. Insent him a letter. He ignored it. Don't let VinBuck do any repairs for you. If he doesn't know what "paint ready" ceilings are by now then he never will.
