Owner seems legitimately concerned with the quality of the work and says he's working on improving the team's work & communication. My experience was that the installation was somewhat sloppy, getting things fixed was difficult, the sales manager told us many things that then weren't communicated to the installation team. Basics that we shouldn't have to request (such as splash guard on the shower door so water doesn't leak out onto floor) didn't get installed. Balls were dropped. Waiting for a final fix and I will update this once that's done with a new photo.

Shower door exploded 2 years after installation.

Beware of the "warranty" TLDR: Shower door they installed with remodel exploded on our son, took over 2 months to replace, and I experienced the worst customer service ever! We had our bathtub done in Jun '23 and everything went great. We paid more than we had originally planned but we thought that going through NorCal (this business' former name) was worth it bc of the warranty. Fast forward to Oct '25 and my teenage son is in the bathroom and all of a sudden we hear a big boom and the sound of glass shattering. I PANICKED thinking he fainted and then fell through the glass shower door. He came running out and was covered in shards of glass everywhere, blood and cuts all over his arms and legs and was confused and freaked out. He said he was on the toilet when all of a sudden the shower door just exploded and shattered glass everywhere. (Photo attached) Apparently the integrity of the glass can be affected during production, shipping, or installation. I wasn't sure what to do because we only have one bathroom for our family of four and my kids (and myself) were now terrified to go into our bathroom. We decided to get a hotel room for the night until we could figure out what our next steps were. I also found out that you could buy safety film to put on glass doors to hold them together in case they shatter. We decided to buy it for the remaining door and then got a shower curtain so we could continue to use our shower. I remembered we had a warranty through this company and emailed the last correspondence I had and never got a response. So I called two days later the number on the email and asked if this was covered. It was so I was relieved. I had questions on how long it would take and if I could have them put the safety film on the doors even if I had to pay for it. The call center said they would have to ask the installers and someone would get back to me. It took ONE MONTH for me to even talk to the coordinator for installing the new shower door. And the only reason someone called me back was bc I called back the call center, asked for the supervisor and she escalated the issue to the owner. I magically got a call the same day. I was told someone would respond in 5 days. I called every week to follow up. Then when the coordinator called, she took no time to ask me questions and just immediately asked if they could come replace the door the next day. We have one bathroom for a family of 4. I work, my husband works, my kids have school and activities. I can't just drop all my plans bc they remembered to finally call me back. I reminded her I had questions on how long the install would take as well as if they could install the safety film as now our family was anxious every time we were in our bathroom. I asked if we could be reimbursed for the safety film we bought for the shower door and the shower curtain for their delay in response (less than $100) and was told no. We finally got to an agreed scheduled install day but they said they couldn't do the safety film. Fine. I was annoyed but we would just do it ourselves. They said the installation should take like 1hr bc all they had to do was literally just pop another shower door in. The installers show up and they start bringing in more materials and mention they are changing both doors. I was confused but I was like, "Okay maybe we're just getting a whole new set of doors?" Then I notice the new doors are a different size than what we currently have. WHAT?!?! Apparently when we had our doors originally installed, they gave us ones that were different than what was recorded. WHY?? I was PISSED. This back and forth took another couple hours to figure out and then finally get the new door in (which btw had different hardware) so now they don't match. I asked for compensation again of the safety film and shower curtain (less than $100) and was told management would call me back. I have followed up numerous times and have been ghosted. It's now Mar '26. I don't even care about the money but this experience was AWFUL and not to mention traumatic.

I'm extremely happy with the entire progress of the job from start to finish. Completed in under time (this was first project I've ever done that was completed FASTER than promised). Price was not inexpensive, but the time and stress saved made it worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about this company. From the salesperson to the installers it was a wonderful experience. The installation was done earlier than expected. Unfortunately they found termites behind my bathroom tile and had to replace all the wood causing them a two day delay. This was handled in a very professional way and they replaced the wood, wiring, etc. and even patched the paint where needed. Gabor and Jose were our installers - they were so professional, easy to work with and the cleanest contractors we have ever worked with. You couldn't tell they had been here when they left each evening. Besides tolerating my barking dog, I hope they found the job was a success for all! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! Great job guys.

It has been a few months since our bathroom was renovated. Now, I want to share how our bathroom looks like. Thanks to all the staff and workers who made this possible. Beauty and Excellence!

I recently had shower put in my second bathroom, by NorCal and I'm in love! The entire experience was great. Started with Elysia, who was very pleasant and patient. She helped me choose the design of the shower. When I was unsure, she had great suggestions. Ryan, the project manager, was awesome. He oversaw the project ensuring that all was in order. I felt very taken care of and had confidence that the job would be completed appropriately. Sergei who actually installed the shower, very pleasant as well. He was professional, timely and very clean. He is such a hard worker and did an absolute excellent job! Sergei also had another worker assist. Although I don't know his name, he was great as well. To the entire NorCal team, thank you!

Ridiculously outrageously expensive quote to replace my one piece bathtub with a one piece shower. $28,000 my eye.

Bailey was very approachable and knowledgeable. He provided stylistic and customized insights to help us create great designs for both the kitchen and the bathrooms. Bailey is truly genuine to help the clients without any pushiness, so we felt very comfortable to rely on his advice. He helped us arrange for the kitchen cabinets, countertops, tiles, and many accessories, often following up with calls to confirm details with contractors. Everything turned out beautifully. Highly recommend!

We walked into their showroom in South San Francisco not knowing what to expect, and were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Bailey. Little did we know, that moment would mark the start of both a great project and a lasting connection. Bailey is professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly patient--everything you'd hope for in a salesperson. I originally was just looking for flooring at KZ but Bailey made us feel so comfortable we ended up getting pretty much everything here. One stop shop to save time and energy . He offered thoughtful advice every step of the way and was always there when we needed help. Even on his day off, he went out of his way to make sure everything was prepared for us. That level of dedication is truly top-notch. Their pricing is competitive, but for me, outstanding service makes all the difference--and Bailey delivered exactly that. If you're planning any remodeling, I highly recommend giving KZ Cabinet and Stone a try. Be sure to ask for Bailey--you won't regret it. The only negative feedback I have is the warehouse pick up staff may not be the most friendly but the job gets done.

The primary reaso2 I selected quartzite for my kitchen project was its reputation as a durable, low-porosity natural stone that performs well in a kitchen environment. After purchasing the slabs and having them fabricated by an experienced stone fabricator, I was informed that he had never encountered quartzite this porous in his 30+ years of working with the product. The excessive porosity raises serious concerns about the suitability of the material for its intended use and has left me questioning whether there may be an issue with the original sealant, processing and/or manufacturing of the slabs. When I brought these concerns to All Natural Stone, the only response I received was to apply a sealant and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, this does not address the underlying issue or provide confidence that the product I purchased meets the quality and performance expectations associated with quartzite. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication from management. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager of the slab department by phone and email, I have received no response. For a company of this caliber, I expected a much higher level of customer service and accountability. As a result, I can only leave a 1-star review. My concerns regarding the quality of the quartzite slabs remain unresolved, and the lack of follow-up or meaningful assistance has been extremely disappointing.

I came in with the vaguest of ideas of what I liked and was looking for for my space and in my consultations with him (I needed a second consultation after a design change) Alfonso was so skilled at finding a variety of options to consider without overwhelm! The showroom is like an art gallery where you can touch the art and a sensory treat to roam through. The large attached warehouse area with a huge number of countertop materials was very impressive to behold. But again Alfonso could quickly edit it for me to a few choices. Now I am happily enjoying my epic countertops, gorgeous shower and elegant tile flooring.

After viewing most of the products, we decided to leave. As we were heading out, another couple walked in and were immediately greeted with a friendly and enthusiastic "Hello, welcome in!" While we weren't necessarily shocked, the contrast in treatment felt like a microaggression and was extremely off-putting. My husband and I have lived in Burlingame since 1996 and have been fortunate to rarely encounter such blatant racial profiling in our community. This experience was disappointing and left us feeling unwelcome in a place we were excited to support.

So many nice setups, I kinda got distracted checking out all the fancy stuff A girl working there asked if I needed help (but not in a pushy way), and she explained a couple of things I never even thought about, like water pressure and finishes. I ended up picking something better than planned and I'm pretty happy with it. Prices are not the cheapest, but the quality feels totally worth it. And it's nice to see things in person instead of scrolling online forever. I'll probably come back when I finally redo my bathroom.
