A lot of contractors and businesses I contacted for quotes ended up either not showing up because the job was too small or they gave me outrageous quotes, but Farr was the only one to give a fair quote and a detailed scope of work. Fast forward 2 years later and we purchased our first house which needed a lot of cosmetic renovations. When i returned the item they did jot accept it first so it was returned back by the hauler. When i called to complain they are charging 25% restocking fee. In the first place why did the sales rep continue the sale even if they dont carry the exact measurement.? And now i have to pay another hauler to deliver it again. Box was literally just opened to see the item, item was never taken out of the box. And they refused to take it the first time.

Some of the shelves don't fit, we had a few that were warped…read more Ask for replacements, they cut out new shelves gave us the wrong ones, then I finally got the correct one, but they had frayed ends, looked like they used a dull blade to cut them. Putting in another shelf, that does not fit, it's too tight, along with holes that don't align for the shelf hardware had another one that looks like it was cut wrong. A drawer is already off its track, probably worse than that one of the medal tracks is stuck and not attached to the drawer. By they way I've only had these in for a for a couple of weeks. Apparently, these are custom order cabinets... I'm worried how long these will last over the years. I would think twice before ordering from them, quality control is lacking.

When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom.
