Halotherapy is to help people with asthma, allergies, bronchitis etc as salt clears pollutants and irritants out of your throat. It helps with my post nasal drip. The halotherapy room was small but the nano-particles of salt did come out. You won't be able to see them but it will accumulate in your body, which is fine. I felt like the ambience was a little lacking in there. Nice music is played but it repeated a lot on a loop. The red light was professional grade platinum LeD. It has scientifically proven benefits of collagen reproduction, scar healing, healthy glow. This was my favorite! I go in the infrared pod at my gym all the time. My skin did glow after, it looks like I put on lotion when I have not. Even my KP on thighs (keratosis pilaris), chicken skin looking hair follicles have never been so understated. Feels like my skin went back in time. Bathroom was a little dirty. Overall I had a relaxing experience and enjoyed my day here.

She crashed into my car on August 18th (she works at this establishment). She admitted fault, stating she hadn't seen me while changing lanes, and struck the driver's side of my car. At the time--based on the information we were able to verify--the vehicle lacked valid insurance, the license plates were expired, and her driver's license was expired as well. Despite this, she persuaded us to come to her workplace, telling us her boss handled car accident cases. When I arrived, they assured us they would take responsibility for the situation. I even spoke directly to her boss, who told me they would handle the repairs and cover the associated costs. They sent me to a repair shop, only to later say it was closed. I suggested going to a different, closer shop, and they agreed. I sent them the repair estimate, and they promised to pay within a week--swearing on their sisters, their grandmother, and all their loved ones. We trusted their word and acted in good faith. However, time passed, and they failed to keep their promises. They didn't cover the costs or resolve the issue, and when I tried to contact them for answers and a solution, they blocked my number. The most disappointing part isn't just the money or the damage; it's the lack of responsibility and respect shown after they had given their word. If they had no intention of following through, they never should have wasted our time. This is our personal experience, and we feel it is important to share it so others know how we were treated and what kind of people run and work at this establishment. My recommendation is that if you ever find yourself in a similar situation with this business or anyone associated with it, do not rely solely on verbal promises. Call the authorities directly. After this experience, I do not consider this a business anyone should trust--and certainly not her, as she is an utterly IRRESPONSIBLE person. Karma exists.
