I've been getting tatted by the other owner, Joseph Pasion, for over a decade. He's grown to be an amazing artist and has fortunately hired some very phenomenal artists. The whole studio is set up creatively and each artist has their own decorative station. My most recent visit was with Justin, or @fatttattz on instagram. Justin was very patient, detailed, and thorough. After drawing out the original stencil design, he suggested to switch and flip the butterflies so it wouldn't be so "top heavy", and also advised that we should do a stipple effect on the vines so that it gave a more feminie look and that over time, the ink wouldn't look so harsh. He even decided to shade the butterflies for more definition and to blend the piece together. I am SO GLAD he gave his professional input and that I listened to him!!! I think it came out gorgeous and Im more than happy with how it all came out. He made sure to check in through out the whole process and he was hilarious!! I highly recommend JUSTIN !!! I had an incredible experience from start to finish with everyone at this studio. Setting up the appointment was extremely easy, figuring out what I wanted and the right artist was effective. I got a really large coverup tattoo in a painful location and the day of everyone, especially the artist Justin, was extremely patient with me. I was able to take breaks and they made sure I was comfortable. They provided snacks and water and numbing cream. I went back a few weeks later for finishing touches and Justin listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The finished tattoo is beautiful!! It healed well, and the experience was amazing. This shop is really clean and has a great vibe. I texted him a picture of what I wanted the day before and where I wanted it on my arm. When I got there there the next day he had it stenciled and ready to go. Joseph is a truly artistic, he started on my arm sleeve with a Virgin Mary, rose and a dove. Let me tell you the details on them are amazing, the rose looks so real and the Virgin Mary looks exactly like the picture I sent him. My session took almost 11 hours, but it was worth it because my tattoo came out how I envisioned it and he made it happen. He genuinely takes pride in his work and focuses on the details.
