He was done in 2 days. He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. Our development has an HOA, so I kept the same paint color. I didn't realize how faded my house paint was, until now. Big difference. Looks great.

They cleaned their brushes in the stainless kitchen sink rather than the utility sink. The young guy is good salesguy but didn't do what he personally promised. We couldn't get them out of our new home fast enough. The whole experience was so bad that we didn't want to entertain having them make things right.
