While he came regularly the first 5 months, after that he ghosted me for 3 months. Then came in September and said he had to charge me more because he had to do extra work -- which wouldn't have happened if he had come as scheduled the previous months! Then he skipped October. In November he reached out as said he would be here "tomorrow" but it is now the end of December and I am still waiting. When he came, he did good work but he is unreliable and a very poor communicator.

A different crew was sent out for a do-over from its original condition, and did alot of fix-up work, but the end product is solidly sloppy. The leftover wire,by the way, was taken when it should've been left at my home since I was the one who purchased it-standard operating procedure as far as I know. They did a great job demolishing and hauling away an old shed.

I called and spoke the owner Jesse to book a bathroom tile repair project for Friday at 8 am. I…read moreexplained that we have one bathroom and that it would be taking that bathroom out of service, so I needed to be sure that he or one of his guys would show after the plumber took the toilet off. I was also taking the day off to get the project done. He mentioned an upcoming surgery but assured me that he or one of his guys would be there for sure for the project. On Friday morning the plumber takes the toilet off and no one shows to do the tile. I call Jesse. Nothing. I send a text and an email. Then I keep calling a total of 11 times over a 2 hour period because at this point I was concerned the project wasn't getting done today. Finally he picks up and YELLS at me that he is in the hospital and then hangs up. If you are well enough to yell at me then you could have sent a text letting the situation or asked one of your employees to let me know the situation. Unreliable and unprofessional. I understand emergencies come up but there should be some kind of plan in place to let people who booked projects know and not leave them high and dry.

I have asked you repeatedly though voicemail and text to call ME so that I can have a discussion with you about screaming at my partner. You took the time to post a comment on my review but have yet to actually get back to me. This speaks volumes. C. Regarding your employees, they're great. They answered their phones in a timely manner, apologized profusely, and even attempted to contact you on our behalf. I stand by my review. You were incredibly unprofessional in how you handled this situation.
