They originally installed our unit 10 years ago, and we had no idea it was still under warranty. They could have easily said it wasn't and charged us an extra $1,000 -- we never would've known. Copper Doctors is unresponsive to both calls, text messages. He ghosted me after collecting $500 and abandoned the project mid-way. He did not pick my calls or respond to my messages for more than 3wks up til I provided this review. I gave him all benefits of doubt for good three weeks before writing this review. So what he did was to ask $125 to come and check and provide estimates. We negotiated and he was to collect $900 minus the $125. That day, he did some pipe running and asked for some advanced. I gave him $200. He came back the next weekend and did a small work and get $175 and there off he ghosted me. All throughout, he was very unresponsive to calls, or text messages to the extent I did not get the complete materials we needed because he was unavailable. Overall, I regret engaging him. I ended up paying $500 for a small part of the work that I would typically pay at most $200. I wonder what excuse he will provide for not calling, responding back or even trying to come and complete the work for more than 3wks if not that it was done intentionally.

Matt came out to my home and identified the problem. I needed a new coil but they no longer had the part for my AC unit. I purchased a new HVAC system and had it installed 72 hours later by Joe, John and Gavin. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. I will be signing up for their maintenance service plan in six months. Canceled my home warranty and decided not to pay anymore premiums and just put it in my savings account for future home repairs and replacement costs.

I called Williford Air, and after some explaining of the situation and giving Mr. Williford some specs on the unit, he said he could come out the next day and fix it,....and his price was 1/3 LESS than our regular HVAC company. Mr. Williford delivered on his promise and fixed the AC unit. -- We asked if his company performed annual maintence programs, as we would've been happy to switch to Williford for that service. He said that they currently don't offer that service, but are considering it in the future. Next time we need either an AC repair or a new AC unit altogether, we will be certain to get a consultation from Mr. Williford!
