So what he did was to ask $125 to come and check and provide estimates. We negotiated and he was to collect $900 minus the $125. That day, he did some pipe running and asked for some advanced. I gave him $200. He came back the next weekend and did a small work and get $175 and there off he ghosted me. All throughout, he was very unresponsive to calls, or text messages to the extent I did not get the complete materials we needed because he was unavailable. Overall, I regret engaging him. I ended up paying $500 for a small part of the work that I would typically pay at most $200. I wonder what excuse he will provide for not calling, responding back or even trying to come and complete the work for more than 3wks if not that it was done intentionally.

They would not come back the same day and I was told that they could not schedule me until 9 days later. When on the phone I was told that they only do appointments in the morning time because emergencies to precedence in the afternoons.
