I'm a bit old fashioned; I'm not going to hire a company that misses the entire appointment. When I told their employee that he was 2 hours late, he confirmed that the appointment started at 0900. They told me that the appointment would start at 0900 and end at 1100. I turned them away because they missed the entire two hour appointment. If I was in their office, I would walk out fifteen minutes after the appointment time if they hadn't started yet. Even if they had scheduled an arrival window, which they didn't, they were still late. If you can't keep an appointment, don't make the appointment. I don't know how much money they charge, but they wasted two hours of my life.

They quoted a substantial price to repair the unit, BUT could not come out for a week to do the job. I called Williford Air, and after some explaining of the situation and giving Mr. Williford some specs on the unit, he said he could come out the next day and fix it,....and his price was 1/3 LESS than our regular HVAC company. Mr. Williford delivered on his promise and fixed the AC unit. -- We asked if his company performed annual maintence programs, as we would've been happy to switch to Williford for that service. He said that they currently don't offer that service, but are considering it in the future. Next time we need either an AC repair or a new AC unit altogether, we will be certain to get a consultation from Mr. Williford!

It was still under warranty and so I called them to repair it. They provided a repair estimate instead of $2k. To make a long, dull story even duller, the "fine-print" warranty basically excludes all HVAC-related issues even during the first year. Additionally, they said they were the distributors and not the manufacturers and, consequently, it was not their fault. I called it the "Mobley Fault Line." In the end, after 3 solid weeks of calls and asking for the manager, Mobley generously knocked $250 off the $2K repair bill for the HVAC that was still under warranty. I'd give this company 5 stars for corruption if I could

His name was Sam and he did a great job. He was very polite and managed a difficult job as quickly as possible. I saw the repair and i don't think we will have an issue with the line again. I highly recommend this company.

Had Cassell Brothers come out to my house because I had a clog from roots going into the septic…read moretank. Water wasn't draining. First thing they wanted to do, without looking at anything, was replace the pipe going into the house (which is around 10 feet long.) Guy wanted to say "oh, the pipe is probably moved or damaged." I'm not saying it wasn't, but he sure didn't know because he hadn't even looked at it. I told him it was probably roots. I told him that several times.I was hoping they could root out the pipe until I could do more extensive work to keep that from happening again. Anyway, the tank was already partially dug up. The tank lid is 18"x18" and less than about 8" deep at the most. So they gave me an estimate, which was supposed to clear the drain and send a camera up the pipe to inspect it. They prized the lid off, used a shovel to knock the roots off the baffle, and then charged me 750.00. That's pretty much all they did. They didn't test to see if the water was draining after that. They didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself. They drove off, and the toilets were still not draining properly. This is what the bill said: Clear Septic Baffle Clog: Clear Baffle Clog *This is to clear the clog and shorten the pipe into the baffle if needed. Not sure why I got charged to shorten a pipe, but they did not shorten any pipes. So I called the office and Mark told me it was pretty much all they could do without doing 11,000 dollars of work. No, that's not a typo. I was met with a shrug and a hardsell. So I called Sharpe's Septic. The guy came out, opened the tank back up and had a look. Thought it was clogged back already, but the issue was that Cassell had just left that much of a mess. I wasn't even living in the house, because again, the toilets weren't draining. So the clog the guy saw was not a new development. He cleared it and didn't charge me, most likely because he felt sorry for me having gotten literally victimized by a grift. He then gave me a 500 dollar quote for the same exact job Cassell wants to charge me 11,000 dollars for. Needless to say, Sharpe's will be getting the business. They did my septic field years ago and I was very happy with them. Only reason I didn't call them for this right away was because I had a service contract with Cassell and I foolishly thought that might mean something. (SPOILER: It doesn't.) Cassell then called me trying ask if I wanted to "take advantage of the fact there was some open spots on their schedule." (Oh, I bet there is, and advantage is definitely being taken, I can assure you of that.) Here's what it says on their estimate: Install Sewer Cleanout - Less Than 3 ft Deep: Cleared sewer back up. Diagnosis indicated that the stoppage is after house drain transitions into the sewer. Ran fixtures throughout the house and noted that water was flowing freely past the clean out in yard. No warranty if stoppage occurs again due to misuse or negligence. Sewers that have roots will require additional service, the length of operation can't be guaranteed or warrantied. They know the problem is roots, and they absolutely did not even think about running fixtures throughout the house. They did not notice waster flowing freely past the clean out in the yard, because THERE IS NO CLEANOUT IN THE YARD. So they lied about what they did and didn't do. These people are grifters. Plain and simple. Absolutely avoid them at all costs.
