Half of my screen backlight was not working. Decided not to repair and I said I would just leave it a bulk trash. He kept wanting me to just dispose of it there... saying all bulk trash comes back to him anyways. He kept insisting and I declined. YouTubed it and bought the necessary piece for $30 and got it in 2 days. 1 hour later the TV is working again. Seriously shady and not trustworthy.

I sent them model numbers everything I get off my microwave they called it a ghost appointment so nobody came out to take a look at the microwave to find out what parts needed to be ordered so they can repair it in the scheduled visit date. and they came out on on last Friday window of one to stfive 5 o'clock. Office is texted that he was going to be late at anywhere up to 8 PM at night which I feel is absolutely unacceptable but he showed up in the 5 o'clock hour came in and worked on my microwave. I had to supply Miguel (owner)with a step ladder .He came to me and told me that they needed to get a transformer he did not have the parts needed to make my repairand he took my entire microwave out of my home assured me (I have text messages stating again confirming that he would be out today Saturday again between one and five) to install my fixed microwave. He stated that he would be able to work on my microwave after hours and assured me it would be done I have been contacting this company since noon. I have contacted the warranty company have emailed left messages and text messages and nobody has responded to me and of course Miguel did not show up with my microwave as promised and scheduled. I have now taken two days off of work to accommodate their schedule. I will be ordering a $500 microwave this evening from Home be having that at this point they have possession of my expensive microwave .

We had an 83" new TV delivered via freight and Justin was able to accommodate the wide 4 hour window to ensure that they arrived around the same time when the TV was delivered. He and his team got right to work, mounted the TV and an additional sound bar. He started by asking how I want it situated, to which I said you're the pro... I'll just leave it up to you. Fortunately they didn't troll me and place it on the ceiling ... :) Turned out so nice, couldn't ask for a better mounting job with the cables nicely tucked away hidden in the wall. Love it. Highly recommended. The price was on point, and honestly beat the other local options.

I had pre-purchased in-wall cord concealment kits and they told me to return those and did their own concealment, which looks better and required a much smaller hole to be cut. They cleaned up all the drywall dust and hooked up all the components to the TVs and made sure they were working. The cords were neatly tied and everything looks super clean and sharp. Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool.
