I had these guys for over a year and they were always on time and easy to get in touch with. However I notified them about moving across the country and sent them a copy of the new lease on March 11, 2019 when they requested a copy of it. However nobody confirmed they received it and today I am getting calls and texts about an upcoming appointment. Make sure you actually speak to someone. I've been using TruFore since 2017. I initially had some issues with repeat bugs and once they switched me over to George, I never saw a bug again. I was pretty bummed to find out two months ago that he was no longer with the company and worried about who I would get for my next service. We have been long overdue in getting pest control under control... that is until we found 3 BABY bark scorpions in our home, 2 in our upstairs bathroom and enough was enough! I found the bright green card from Alec who came by months ago explaining what they do & how they are different from others and I decided to give him a call back. I recalled their reasonable pricing and excellent yelp reviews so I told him to please sign us up ASAP! He still gave us the deal that was discussed prior and we are now satisfied TruForce customers! Now for the service, the technician Brady came twice already and he was very polite & thorough with what's included in the service. I love this company. They are patient, quick, kind and respectful. I had a rep come to my door about a year ago for a rental we had just moved into. We decided to sign the 2 year contract with not only TruForce but with being bug free! These guys are always such a pleasure to deal with even when I give them the "who are you, why are you here" look when I forget they're coming. We've recently moved into our first house and Brady came out to do our initial spray. Once again, I forgot he was coming and he was still so respectful and patient when I asked him why he was at my door step. He took his shoes off when walking on the carpet without me even having to ask him. It was a breath of fresh air to know there are still professionals out there who care about your property/belongings. In the last two weeks I have had to deal with the Gas company, cable guy, Internet guy, carpet cleaners, moving guys, maid service and alarm guys and I can wholeheartedly say that Brady with TruForce was the easiest to deal with. read more

I would give a 0 if at all possible. We cancelled with HomeTeam last month with the promise that TruForce would be cheaper and better service. I received a text yesterday saying that they were coming today. But no time frame, which I always received with HomeTeam. When we signed up we let the gentleman know that we have 3 pit bulls in the back yard and need to know when exactly they are coming so we can make sure they are inside. Well I called the 480-845-0444 and was given the opportunity to choose my time frame. I scheduled 9am-11am. I just received a call that all three of my dogs were now in my front yard because their irresponsible service tech did not shut the gate behind them. How ignorant can someone be? We have mentioned so many times that we have dogs. But apparently you get what you pay for and I got crappy service for a lower price. My boyfriend called to complain, and their answer was, "Yep, that's on us." So they admitted fault. Thankfully our dogs came home or they would be liable for anything that happened to our dogs or if our dogs did anything. read more

Came to my door at just the right time! I was starting to grow and accept the idea that I was going to have bugs in my house, but it really started to become rampant. At first it was cute. I named my first cricket Jiminy. It got to a point where there were 20 crickets hanging out in my garage and I no longer knew which one was Jiminy. Besides crickets, I also had a variety of spiders, cockroaches, and some that I just decided not even to bother what they were to find out. The sales rep was cordial and made sure to not pressure me too much into buying into the service, and the sprayer came and was just as cordial. The rep made sure to answer all my questions about what I should do about the bugs and how to deal with clean up afterwards. I look forward to having my house be less of a insect hangout. By far the worst experience I ever had. Not only was the tech rude when he entered my house, he wore street shoes inside my house and dirtied my carpet. He lied in his notes and said he dewebbed my property!! I didn't have a spider problem! I have only seen 1 spider when I first moved in!!! He said he dusted and treated cinder blocks and I don't have any cinder blocks!!! He argued with me when asking him to spray certain areas. Very rude and disrespectful. He also pretended to spray by my front door as the flooring was not wet by any means like it was on my kitchen floor. Beyond upset. Reached out to the office and Alyssa replied back basically stating sorry you received that kind of service and that I need to pay my bill. I requested to speak to a manager and have yet to hear back. I am filing a complaint about this company for sure. I would never recommend the company to anybody, especially this technician, Dennis L. I not only now had to pay for horrible service, I now have to find another more reputable company, and pay for carpet cleaning services as he left a nasty black mark on my Daughters play rug. I have a huge issue with this company my wife and I have been telling our pest guy for months that we have a bee problem/possible hive in our backyard behind our oleander bush. I am at work most days when these guys show up and they continue to make my wife feel crazy like there is no bee problem. Now they want to charge us $300.00 to take care of a problem that has grown really bad because of their incompetence to listen to us when we presented the problem almost a year ago. I do not recommend this company for their incompetence will cost you money that is not well spent. In talking with our normal guy that shows up when they finally evaluated the problem which was Thursday 4/2/2018 you would think these guys are hired off the street with no training and no knowledge of their profession. I am extremely pissed off that they took advantage of my wife as she is always nice to Truforce rep that shows up and then gets treated like she is stupid and doesn't know what she is talking about from the representative as he doesn't know what he is doing. I feel this company is a bunch of crooks who take advantage of a womans kindness and their bank account. This by all means is no way to run a reputable business. Own up to the fact we brought this situation up to you months ago and take responsibility for no listening and make it right. Before this turn of events I would have given this company at least 4 stars but their lack of being professional and owning up to their own stupidity is why this company get 1 star. By the way here is a detailed break down of dates of every visit we have had and 4/5/2018 is the date they finally addressed the issue as I was home this time to insure they listened this time. 6/2/2017, 7/2/2017, 9/22/2017, 11/15/2017, 1/29/2018, 3/22/2018, and 4/5/2018. 9/22/2018 was the first date we brought up our bee problem. In addition we have twin 2 year olds and we can not let them in our backyard because of this bee issue. This last visit on 4/5/2018 my wife told Truforce to make sure they brought a bee suit and we get our big guy justin and another guy show up with no bed suits and when I asked where their bee suits were because the service rep said they would show up with bee suits ready Justin tells me we have to assess the situation first and then call our boss so I said well you see the swarm of bees what's left to assess we are not liars we have been telling you about this issue for at least 9 months now. Pest control is a cut throat business and there are plenty of companies that will gladly take our money as a business you need to listen to your customers concerns and address them professionally not make them feel inferior because they are not pest control. You as a company should be doing whatever possible to make your customers happy our guess what they will go with another company that will listen and treat them professionally. read more

Scammers! they claim they are legitimate. Stay away. Their pest control didn't kill a bug and then they falsely claimed I had a contract with them and tried to bully me into paying it. It's borderline fraud. They then proceeded to threaten me. So I called to complain and they sent me an inflated bill for a cancelled contract fee even though I never signed a contract with them. They are lucky they are even getting one star from me. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The day they came around the neighborhood soliciting their service. I'd pay $34.99 per month and they would come out and service every month. Later I find out they come quarterly. Once they start services, they must have sprayed it with sugar or something because I then start to have a problem with german roaches. I call and they say I will get an additional charge a total of $300 and that they would have to come out and treat my place a few times. I already pay monthly but now I need to pay extra. I was then told that the service I have does not cover roaches. Today, I call to cancel my service as I will be moving out of my residence. I get told that I will be charged the difference of my discount. What???? the difference of my discount? At first he told me that he could not alter the price and it was computer generated. I told him that I do not agree with this and that I specifically asked at the time of signing if there would be a fee and the gentleman that sold their service said no. He then continued to tell me that maybe he can work out a discount. Telling me that I signed a 5 year contract. Ummm???? hello Why would I sign a five year contract knowing that I would not live in this place for 5 years. I then asked for his supervisor and he tells me he's the manager. I said ok well you must have a supervisor and he said that would be the owners and they don't answer emails. I do not recommend these guys to anyone! they may sound cheap at the beginning but it's not worth the hassle. I will be also contacting the BBB and will not stop. This company has no remorse of their false advertisement. I'm sure many others have encountered this problem with them. read more

We have used Truforce since we moved into our new home in July. We live in an area that is known for scorpions. I am happy to report that our scorpions are under control (we find very few) and we have not had any spider, ant or cock roach issues!!! Update: 8/11/15 This is in response to the Supervisor's reply per my review. "Yes, although this was taken care of swiftly when I called, there was a "stipulation" that I had to "prove" per the Supervisor's request. So, what if I couldn't prove that I didn't sign up for the 2 year agreement? ....it would've been the employee's word over mine; in which I don't think I could've won the argument. I would've been stuck in the 2 year agreement having to pay a cancellation fee. What have I learned? When companies have their employees go "door to door" soliciting a "deal", JUST SAY NO!" Plus, in this world, answering the door is dangerous anyway. People can be "pretending" to be a worker for a company....uniform, badge, and all.....then force their way in! read more

Can't say I'm a fan at all. We had a pretty bad cricket problem. Admittedly we were having new landscaping installed. They had come prior and during the process but we always had a cricket problem. We had hundreds of crickets, if not more. I called them a third time and they sprayed. I think they actually sprayed a cricket hot saucy love pheromone because we had even MORE right after. Don't get me wrong, if I had a reptile farm it would have been perfect. I called to cancel and there was a large fee. I'm sorry, if you can't get rid of the bugs why am I charged? Anyway, I had another company come out and my yard is cricket free. I gave one extra star because they came out the same week I requested service. Best to move onto a more known, professional company before the cricket eating bugs arrived. read more

They are the worst service. They came to the house since the gates were locked they only sprayed the front of the house 1/4 of the house and charged me $79. I contacted this company for service. They wanted me to sign a contract and I wasn't comfortable w that. They called me emailed me and text me non stop until I finally agreed to sign it as long as they said it could be cancelled anytime. For the second service they contacted me via text to tell me they were coming and what time. I advised them that it did not work for me, and asked to reschedule for another day. I told them I work at night and I'm asleep at that time. They showed up anyway, provided only half the service I pay for....and my dogs were going crazy and woke me up after only two hours of sleep. It ruined my schedule for days. When I called to speak to management they were rude and hung up on me. The gentlemen said he couldn't come after 2 because there was only 2 service provider in the entire state. This is a small, tacky, unprofessional company who lacks common courtesy for their customers. Save yourself the inconvenience and go w a reputable company. read more
