Review update: Would give 1 star but decided to keep it at 3 since the service I received was decent. But since trying to cancel my account with them... it has been a nightmare filled with the need to constantly call them and question why I am being charged for services I never asked for or received and being billed for services AFTER I called and canceled my arrangement. I have been charged for a month after my cancellation 3 times now.... WTF??? Love these guys! Since started using them, have noticed a huge difference in all the annoying bugs around our house. Love that they keep in contact with you via emails and text messages. Also - every service guy that has been out to our place has been very friendly and professional. Brady has been the best - he was super friendly when I signed up. He wasn't pushy at all (which is a big thing for me with sales guys) Super happy with my experience so far! I really liked the service at first, but the new pest guy I was assigned didn't do a thorough job. I asked that he not be sent back and they continued to send him. It is a shame because they were really helpful at getting rid of a pest issue we found when we first moved to our home. I have also had issues getting ahold of the company while trying to cancel my service. I finally got ahold of them today to cancel, and the customer service representative was nice and helpful about it which was my only positive experience with the company in awhile. read more

This company is really subpar when it comes to communication and punctuality. They came over a total of 4 times to spray my apartment for german roaches and every time they were either late or no showed. I had to keep following up with them every step of the way and all of this could have been avoided by just giving me some heads up via phone or text. It is quite an inconvenience to set aside 3-4 hours of my day and remove all of the items out of my kitchen and bathrooms only for no one to show up. They were supposed to come over a 5th time but apparently the tech didn't have a gate code (but they had it for the 4 other times they showed up) and so he just left without calling or texting me to ask what it is. And when I followed up with the office, they said I was out of warranty anyway and so their are no more services under my contract. So why was the tech scheduled to come over then? Once again I set aside my morning and prepped my whole apartment for nothing... I'll add that I always had to call them to find out the time frame the tech was coming or why he hadn't shown up yet because they never communicated this to me ahead of time (voicemails and texts just say the date that the tech is scheduled to come). So everything always turned out to be last minute with them. Never any apologies either which would have been a nice gesture. Only excuses for their tech's tardiness/no show. I'd look elsewhere for a more professionally run company to avoid this headache. read more

****please be careful with this company**** When we signed the contract with this company, the agent said first payment will be $50, after that will be $69 for every payment. However they charged me $79 instead of $69. I texted to the agent and they said the payment has been adjusted and will take of $10 for my next payment as a refund. However they still charged me $79 this time.Means they already over charged me $20. Then I called to the customer service, they said they only can adjust the future payment to be $69, but cannot refund me the $20. This is not right at all. Glad I saved the text message as proof. I have emailed them the message, hope I can get my refund. So please be careful when you sign the contract and better keep all the messages. read more

The first time service was great. The guy that did the sales was good. But the service afterwards was different than the first time. They didn't do as through as first time. Just the same as our old company did. Which was wrong as the sales person told me. They only did around the wall. And didn't spray the water box ex. They just sell you the good so they could let you sign the contract! Which the sales people told me that I could do without contact. But. After I feel they did not do good job as they promised. Want to cancel the service. They said I signed contact which I just thought it was a receipt on their phone which I did not see anything just the blank page And signed.
