I've never posted a bad review before, but wow this place was bad. They were 30 min late without apology and barbers wouldn't stop bad mouthing all the "chicks" in the neighborhood and clients that left. Also my barber was on the phone ordering takeout with one hand while cutting my hair with another. I haven't seen anyone that could cut as good as these guys so far. Very professional and would recommend to many. One problem is that the barbers usually talk s**t about their customers after they exit the door. They also say rude comments under their breath if they are not tipped. I started coming to TG Hair Studio about two months ago. Have been getting my hair styled by Elson. Have to say that he's officially my new barber and I recommend TG Hair studio to anyone. The quality of haircut for the price is what TG Hair Studio is doing right. Plus they have a special going on every Tuesday in which I need to get further details. I believe it's $5 off. Correct me if I'm wrong. The environment is great. The shop itself looks awesome with the wood decor and they market themselves as a family barber shop which they hold true to. The owner did a good job with the haircut, I rated this shop as 3 stars because it was a decent haircut but the customer service section needs improvement. When I paid for the service the owner/barber asked if I needed change. My intention indeed was to provide a tip for his service but it is not an obligation, it's unfortunate that he would do this. The correct approach is to give you the exact change and say thank you or nothing at all, if customer chooses to tip he will do so (I provided a tip). read more
