The previous pool vendor gave me a list of reasons as to why this was happening and was constantly "waiting on approval for leasing company" or parts ordered. Dan fixed both issues with parts he already had on him and had the pool clear and glistening in under half an hour and we were able to swim the next day. Months of stress and repeated phone calls and he fixed in one quick visit. Only wish I had been even more persistent about switching vendors sooner. Dan from Pool Troopers, thank you sincerely!! He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Fortunately one did fit and he was able to have it all replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. Before he left we checked to see if the new circuit breaker was heating up and it wasn't. They come for 15 mins, clean my pool basket, then brush the walls and leave. I think they should have to write down what they did with the recap: example is cleaned all baskets out, brushed walls, chemicals: chlorine and ph low. Added chlorine and ph. Stream is doing okay, so far, I guess. In Texas last year,…read morewe had that big freeze that knocked the power off line for a lot of Texans, including where I had my Stream Energy account. I was without constant, regular power for over a week. However, when the power did click on, occasionally, there were reports of some electric companies charging exorbitant rates per kilowatt hour. Stream didn't do that! I got charged the regular rate for electricity, as far as I could tell. Now, it seems that rates are probably going up, to pay for all that extra infrastructure that goes into updating the power grid to prevent future outages due to extreme weather. Other than that, Stream allows me to lock in a rate for a fixed amount of time, where the rate for juice doesn't change. Keep that sweet, sweet juice flowing, Stream Energy.
