The colors, furniture, and decoration, immediately welcomes you to an elevated experience, where everything feels intentional. Prior to coming, booking was simple and easy to navigate. I did call in because I had some additional questions, and the one to help me was super friendly and helpful. You have access to a patient portal where you are able to fill out required documents before your visit, making the process more efficient. Something I appreciate is the monthly promotions that you can take advantage of. It's something that's exciting to look forward to, and great to take advantage of. It's also a great way to see the services being highlighted, and explore what might be right for you. You may think injectable fillers are the only options, but find that there are skin rejuvenation services that will help get you to your goals. As someone who normally goes to Orange County, I wasn't sure if something in the IE would measure up. It's really hard to find someone you can trust, suits your style, and won't try to oversell you on services that don't fit your goals or needs. After moving to the IE five years ago, I've seen some generic med spas, and was surprised to find a practice that seems truly dedicated to the craft. There are always indicators when it seems like a standard practice, or one that truly takes time to refine the skills. Of course you can do all the research you want and still be wrong, so I was still nervous. Nurse Mirna is an absolute gem and far exceeded my expectations. I've contemplated leaving this review because I hate to speak negatively about someone's business, however, since this happened to another one of my friends I feel it is necessary. I got my services done back in January and had not had my lips done for maybe 4 years. Mirna suggested I purchase two viles of dissolver, because she saw migration from previous filler, which were $300 each.. and even though I mentioned I did not want to spend $600, + another like $600 for the lip filler. She kept saying how she doesn't like to work over someone else's work, I definitely felt pressured into purchasing the dissolver so I did because I really trusted her and thought she was doing what was best. Keep in mind, I only booked here because they were promoting a January special (they have monthly specials) of $100 off. When I go back a week later, I purchase my lip filler and absolutely loved my results. When I left I realized that I was charged more than when i anticipated, using their $100 off discount along with my rewards I had with my Alle app. I then texted the girls and asked them why was I charged that price, and they gave me this whole spiel about how it's actually only a promotion using ALLE and not through their business. Which was not stated anywhere when it was posted. They then tried to tell me it was a flash deal for the week I booked, (no it wasn't) and after going back and forth I just gave up because I wasn't getting anywhere. She ended up apologizing for the miscommunication, which was not on me. It was on them. So I contacted Alle to see if what they were doing made sense or if they even could see them offering the discount offered by Alle under their business without stating it. The woman i spoke with said she didn't see this business offering an Alle discount so if I saw a discount posted for a January special it should have been honored along with my Alle discount in my account. I used to go somewhere else, where if they post a monthly special/discount, they honor that discount ALONG with your Alle rewards app. I really wanted to come back for another syringe of lip filler but because of this issue, I'll be going elsewhere. As much as I liked the injector Mirna, clear communication and honest business practices go a long way. If there was miscommunication, they should have took responsibility and honored the deal, especially after convincing me to spend an extra $600. read more
