However she keeps repeating that is going to be $300... okay After the test was done, I was told the doctor would call me little later that day -but never heard from anyone. I reached out multiple times, leaving notes, but no one got back to me. Six days later, I decided to drive to the clinic just to get any kind of answer.. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially when I was trying to make sure Simon gets the care he needs. I really wish the new doctor would have taken the time to know my pets names and shown more consideration for our long-standing relationship with the clinic. .. I was there 2 days before with my other dog Charlie... and two days later doctor dont even know or care who I was... Not sure what going on there, maybe she's just "Tired " or don't want to be there... It's been a disappointing experience, and i hope things improve for them in the future...
