    Unfortunately I had to put my cat Heiko down - my little pink darth vader. He simply was not getting better. Hard decision. I called up Prestige and asked for a time for putting him to sleep. At first they were trying to find a normal slot but what I wanted to do was come in first thing in the morning and do the deed. I didnt want to dwell on it all day. So I was kind of annoyed of trying to find a slot. They they asked to put ne on hold and came back and said I could come in any day any time. Awesome. So I brought him in and all the staff was very nice to him and me. I had him cremated so I could spread his ashes in places he loved to be (he was an inside cat but loved going out occasionally and eating grass). And boy that package they get to you is nice. A little too nice for what I wanted. Also a week later the entire staff signed a card with their condolences. Of course they didn't know him personally (or maybe they did since I was bringing him in frequently there near the end)... but it was a super awesome gesture.

    This is by far the best veterinary office I've been too. Even with COVID-19 Dr. Carter made me feel like my new rescue dog was in the best hands ever. He comes out to your vehicle to make sure you're updated and went over all of the treatment with me and that I didn't have any other questions. I never felt rushed or like he did not have time to make sure I fully understood the next steps and the way he talked about my little dog made my heart happy as even though I could not be with her, he took the time needed so she felt comfortable as she is very timid. I left feeling like I just talked to a friend of the family. I will be taking Both of my dogs here going forward. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming. I cannot say anything but great things about this office and how Awesome they are! This is great team of employees!!!

    We love Prestige Animal Clinic, the staff is always super friendly and patient with our dogs. My cousin recommended me over to them about over a year ago and we are so happy with our vet visits as well as the pricing! I currently have our puppy on the puppy plan and I love that she's able to get her vaccines and check ups and all of it be mostly covered by the plan! If not the staff is quick to communicate that with you, everyone's very knowledgeable and we always appreciate their help ! Thank you to all the staff for helping us provide the best care for our dogs!

    wanted to highly recommend!! from the moment you walk in and talk to will at front desk to seeing both vets /along with julie and the staff we felt very much cared for and at home here!!rosie my great pyrenees was happy being seen by both vets and we were listened too and heard! highly impressed with ALL who cared for both Rosie and me during a stressful time!! thank you!!!!

    These folks are great. I rescued a kitten while visiting my daughter and Prestige got my kitty in for a wellness exam right away. My daughter told me that Prestige has been awesome the several years she has brought her two dogs in for shots and exams.

    I took both of my dogs for the first time and it was a great experience! The front office were nice and polite! Dr. Stone was great, took his time to go over all my concerns with both of my dogs, he recommended some dog food choices. One my dogs had a double ear infection and allergies. The treatment has been working so far, his itching has subsided tremendously. We are very thankful to Dr. Stone, Duke is doing so much better

    Well, this kitty is something else. A month ago we had another emergency situation when Finn ate two long pieces of yarn. Prestige Animal Clinic has been amazing throughout his long recovery. Happy to report he is doing great now. We are so appreciative of the professional, caring and responsive staff at Prestige!

    I would love to write Paige, the worst manager in history- one who shouldn't work with animals because of her black heart. To Paige- FUCK YOU! My husband and I came to you in tears over what happened to our dog when she was in YOUR care. Your vet (dr stone) neglected my sweet girl and made her worse. We came to you in tears. You rudely stated that you don't owe us an apology. You rudely dismissed anything we said. You rudely, cold heartedly, terminated us from your shitty clinic because we were upset. Instead of making it right, taking accountability, or even offer a solution, you terminated us. Fuck you. You and the staff here don't care about animals, you care about yourself and the image of the clinic, and sadly, you only care about money. So again, fuck you Paige. I pray people read this before they trust you with their animals. Karma will come knocking on your door sooner or later, honey. Hope you're ready. So, I have previously left a 5 star for this clinic. However, I have easily changed my mind due to circumstances I wish never happened. Dr. Stone will no longer go anywhere near my dogs. He was so concerned about me not having a mask (even though he's vaccinated AND had a mask on .. therefore he's fully protected) that he neglected my dog. Due to his negligence, my poor baby is now in MORE pain and the problem area (that dr stone ignored) has not only spread, but gotten worse. He did not examine her at all besides lifting her tail and saying "she has an infection." again, he Ignored the many times I asked or mentioned her belly. He had no problem charging us hundreds of dollars with zero explanations, zero examinations, zero reasonings on what could be causing it and the big thing that has me fuming- because of the negligence, she is in worse condition than before our visit and more wounds that were nonexistent BEFORE the "medications" he prescribed. Y'all, be careful. Hoping that when we get Dr. Carter back, that we will get answers. Unfortunately for us, other vets aren't taking new clients. I have reached out and have yet to hear back from Paige, the manager. They refuse to give any HR information to escalate this higher and the staff were pretty unresponsive and didn't offer any help or solutions. I see it's just about the money at this location and that truly saddens me. Our animals deserve the absolute best. ----------------------------- UPDATE: Paige, the manager has called us back. It is very upsetting in todays time that businesses terminate clients/customers/patients when calmly expressing our concerns/ frustrations instead of trying to make it right or taking accountability. There's no work or business ethics anymore. After explaining everything that happened to our poor baby, her answer was to terminate us. However, we will not be at this point. She then asked if there was anything she can do for us and I said no, but I find it upsetting nobody asked how they can make it right or apologize for what had happened or for why we're so upset. She responded "we don't need to apologize, we did nothing wrong" For the sake of my baby and her new apt with Dr. Carter, I'm going to let this go for now. I pray Dr. Carter will help my baby get better!

    Rescued an older cat that suffers from arthritis and still didn't have a vet for her. So when she was showing signs of distress, I was nervous and very scared I was going to lose her. Did an online search and Dr Kimber was done the street from me and available for a same day appt. Dr Kimber immediately recognized that I was very emotional and worried, she took her time and answered all my questions fully and really gave my Baby K a lot of attention. She was very optimistic about getting her back on track and gave me a pricing sheet with suggested tests and treatment. I went for everything she suggested and I'm so happy I did because Dr Kimber and her team went right to work! I walked out with my beautiful cat feeling better and I felt so happy and relieved!! Thank you to all of the team at Prestige, you made this fur momma so happy and a lifetime custom!

    SPUPID EXPENSIVE.... my dog gained weight and they almost charged me double for allergy shots. its cheaper for a human to get shots.

    This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
