Inspection was performed by a very nice and professional gentleman, Carlos, he came fully equipped with even a drone to capture photos and videos of the 2 story property we inspected with Truview Inspections. First of, price was super competitive taking in consideration all services they provided during the inspection. Carlos went through every single detail in his multi-step comprehensive inspection that included termite and mold. These inspectors are mold-certified and they don't miss any detail. The inspection report was super detailed and included photos, repair details and estimated costs and even HD videos taken during the inspection. I'm absolutely and extremely satisfied by the inspection service performed by Carlos. After we finished with the inspection he went over every single detail on the report and answered all questions we had besides getting his professional advise, even though he's young, he's very well versed and knowledgeable about the inspection business. The very detailed report with all finding, repair estimate and recommendations was provided right in the spot along with a BuildFax report with the permit history of the property being inspected, the report also includes Wind Mitigation Inspection for insurance purposes in case you need it, so you don't have to pay it extra or the inspector doesn't have to go back to the property if you need that type of inspection. As I told my wife after we finished and got the report, Carlos is the standard by which a home inspector should be measured. Want to thank Alfredo, the representative who performed the home inspection & provided the report. He was on time (early as a matter of fact), professional & friendly. He communicated extremely well, everything that was about to happen & has the answer to any question I had. I knew immediately I made the right choice for a report from this particular company. Once in the apartment, he was thorough & basically didn't leave an inch of the entire place untouched. Took about 2 hours but it was completely worth it. Knowing from an unbiased source if my A/C was working, broken or just needed to be cleaned was better than hiring a HVAC company & then insisting the system was broken, which would have cost me thousand's of dollars. The inspection started at 12pm, right on the dot! Inspectors came wearing a mask and respecting all Covid protocols. The inspection took aprox 3 hours and we were amazed of the great professionalism. The whole house was totally inspected. Our inspector was Mr.Wilder Leon who performed a great job taking pictures everywhere, used a drone to visualize the roof and other useful tools to identify any failures. His written report was exhaustive and only took 30 minutes to be delivered after the inspection was completed. He also had a conversation with us to explain what had been preformed. Louis was terrific. Knew beforehand what possible glitches we may run into. Access to the condo board for roof clearance/condenser for a/c was needed to complete inspection and could not be done (as I had hoped) on a Saturday....they were closed.
