They didn't charge much extra for those and really helped me like the look of the car better. They also did some extras gratis. They sent me pictures as they did the job and really helped me to get excited about their excellent work. I enjoyed the car for a year, did the proper care for it by hand washing regularly, reapplying the coating every few washes. Was really blown away at our 1 year appointment--they got a few stains out of the interior for a modest fee and now my car looks like new both inside and out again. The normal fee for the annual appointment to refresh the coating was $165 and they charged me just a fraction of that extra to take care of the minor interior stains and professionally condition the leather. They earned not only their fee but great tips each time I went because they far exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I chose to give this shop my business.

A year later I had to completely redo everything this shop did thanks to the terribly cheap poor quality replacement they installed. The window didn't roll up all the way and the gushing rattling wind tunnel noise on the highways was overbearing. During installation they tore my gasket in half, completely ripped it and did not communicate or own it when I took it back a month later to let them know this problem with the wind tunnel. So I ended up taking it to another shop who tested and replaced everything again, correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I would have expected John to do this, instead I received impatience, poor customer service, and he refused to investigate or help, let alone take accountability for this poor installation and hack job. His negative attitude and poor customer service in addition to my time and money waste have earned them this review. I absolutely will never go back and do not recommend this shop to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

That part seems to be installed properly…read more However, my car has got new scratches that is very difficult to remove due to lady cleaning my car when it wasn't required or requested. This place is a windshield repair shop NOT a detail shop. She decided to clean the side door railing along the driver and passengers side. I saw her do it and then step out to request that she stop. She also decided to clean my windshield wipers vigorously and damage the wipers blade and mechanism. Her job is to calibrate cameras and that is it! Not to clean my car! She doesn't know that dirt can scratch paint surfaces while using dirty rag and a spray cleaner. The multiple scratches are deep and thought the clear-coat. I see it all the time when I open and close the doors. I know she did it. But I'm not taking my car back there again. They probably deny they cause the scratch damage. ALWAYS VIDEO BEFOEE AND AFTER taking your car in for any service. I have the before and after while at the shop. So I know she did it! But nothing I can do at this point except just see it all the time to remind myself how stupid this lady was to clean my car unnecessarily and causing this permanent damage to side railing of my drivers side and passenger side. Also damaged the windshield blade and mechanism.
