I often get cut too short in the front so I am a bit cautious about it. My hair is a nightmare to cut (thick but fine, straight on top and wavy on the bottom) and Hannah had no problem when I asked she use a razor so it blends. Also did a two color foil beautifully! If you can't be both a hair stylist and a scheduler, you really need to hire extra staff. I was overall satisfied with the one hair job I received, but the lack of customer service skills and basic respect for people's time ends up degrading the quality of the work.
