However, the vehicles I came to see were in rough shape. Both vehicles we looked at were both from Texas and both had MAJOR rust damage on the doors, engine bay, etc. I pointed it out but our salesman gave no explanation. I can't help but think they may have been flood vehicles. I asked about another vehicle I was interested in and he initially told me it was at their other lot. We drove to the other lot with him and then were told, "It's not here." When we were leaving the lot we turned around in their gated back lot area and saw the vehicle I had asked about. The whole experience seemed a bit shady. I personally would not purchase a vehicle here.

I bought a 2011 Nissan frontier from this dealership. 10 days later I brought it back for a code…read morep0430 check engine light. When I get there the salesman tells the "service engine soon" is not a check engine light which it is for Nissan. Then he tells me its my fault, I should have been using premium gas instead of regular due to higher mileage lie. Then he said I could have went to a bad gas station and gotten bad gas that I'm only suppose to use chevron gas . So I call them out on this and they finally accepted saying they would fix it . When dropping the car off to get fixed, I asked for some kind of intake form or paperwork for what they are doing today the salesman's says "we don't do that you jsut drop the truck we fix it and call you " it wasn't till after I threatened a complaint with dmv that the manger magically could print me off paperwork all of sudden. So I drop my car off get it back Monday go under the car no catalytic converter has been touched everything is still rusted out my O2 sensors are still reading like the converter is dead and my scan tool is showing that they just cleared the codes after getting my car back I called him and told him these things he said that he would talk to the mechanic tomorrow which is today. I call him again today and he tells me my boss says there's a new catalytic converter under there so I sent him a picture of the catalytic converters and he says I don't know. I'm gonna have to talk to the mechanic again tomorrow.. don't go here these people tried to pull one over on me whenever they could . Don't trust this dealership I would hate for yall to be stuck with a bad car 10 days after purchase . Not only did they fail to disclose a a failing catalytic converter but tried to lie and weasel there way out of it. EDIT had a independent mechanic look at exhaust system to confirm no work was done at all. This was after receiving a text confirming there mechanic put a new converter on . Dont waste you're time here.

The salesman took of dad age of our situation and gave us below market value for our trade-in and wanted to charge me full retail for their new car. And then he pressured me into buying warranty coverage I did not want. If I could've walked away at that point I would have I will never ever go back to this dealership again. This dealership is the a pitta me of a system house. I were Ford I would pull the franchise from this dealership so fast it would make their head spin.

I even went outside my state in search of one. In one case, at a dealer in Wa, they had three, but wouldn't sell to me as I was out of state! Then Ryan (Greene) at Hubbard contacted me, understood what model I was looking for, didn't have it on his lot, but unlike all the other dealers, kept searching for it. Ryan called me a few days later and found one! Going the extra mile won my business, and I'm now a very happy owner of a new Z71 Tahoe -- Midnight Edition. Very thankful for the great service here. Our tire sensor was jumping around and we happened to…read morepull off to check out the tire at their exit. They checked out tire pressure which was a bit down on all our tires but nothing to set off the sensor. They filled up the tires for free and sent us on our way. Letting us know that is could be a faulty sensor but that we would be safe to drive back home.

We wanted to get a Toyota just before the tariffs would hit. He amazed us with finding us a top-of-the-line Corolla for a really good (cash) price at another dealer. He talked us through the car's features, has let us know we can ask other questions as they arise. He also helped us with advice and working with a local company to buy our old car. I hope we never need to buy another car, but if we do need to, Ferguson is where we're going.
