The next reason the Wilsonville branch ranks the best is the TEN STAR driver lounge (they advertise it as a FIVE STAR but it is way better than that). Air-conditioning, laundry, Wi-Fi, showers, billiards, satellite television, kitchen facilities, many comfortable chairs, this is the best, bar none, that I have ever experienced. Finally, their multi-talented parts guys, take the time to make sure that I get the right part every time. I've taken my truck there before and had no problems until now. I had them install one and my truck died on the side of the hwy with the same problem two days later. Had to tow it back and I was closer to another shop I had been referred to by friends. Didn't want to take it back to them to fix because at this point I didn't exactly trust them(which I think is fair) but there was no bad blood at this point. They made a human error which I understand. Turns out they installed it incorrectly. No big deal I just thought the appropriate thing was to just ask for my money back on the labor not even the part. Tried to contact the owner for a month but no answer or call back at all. Started to feel just blown off and after leaving multiple voicemails the owner finally calls me. I just wanted to work something out to make it right. Right off the bat the guy was incredibly standoffish and was very rude. Initially refused to pay me anything but after explaining how I didn't want to pay for improper labor we agreed that he would reimburse me. I thought we agreed that he'd mail the check to me but after weeks of not getting it I decided to call him to see what happened. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and think maybe he forgot. Called him multiple times and left texts but no answer. Finally was able to get ahold of him once I called the shop phone. Right away on the call it was the same thing. He told me he's written the check and it's waiting on his desk and if I want it so bad to come to his shop and pick it up and he didn't owe me anything claiming he already made it right and I needed to get it myself. It was just a miscommunication but his attitude is completely unprofessional and way too aggressive. Talked to one of his employees I know and told him about my experience and how I felt about it. He calls me back and tells me we need to "have a talk" about talking to his employees while they're on the clock. If he's worried about it then I thought that's something he needs to talk to his employees about taking personal calls on the job. Words were exchanged about his customer service and how he doesn't owe me anything and threatened to not even refund me. Had a huge meltdown about somebody calling him out on his poor business ethics and out of line attitude. After that he shorted me money on the check but I just wanted to leave. Told him on my way out that he needs to work on his customer service and he told me to come back inside in a very aggressive tone since I was still "running my mouth". As far as I'm concerned that was just feedback. Completely out of line and has zero customer service skills is all I have to say about this guy. If you go to this shop hopefully they do a good job which I'm sure is mostly the case because the techs are good. But if they make a mistake don't expect the owner to take any accountability and expect him to be extremely out of line. Will never deal with that guy again.
