I had an excellent experience with Pacific Auto. They were very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have time to go check out the vehicle we wanted to in the day so when we got there at night in the pouring rain they got the car from their other lot. Cleared out their shop and pulled it in so we could check it out. We bought that vehicle from them and it runs great and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. read more

We drove down from Vancouver, WA to check out a couple Escalades they had on the lot. The salesman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional. However, the vehicles I came to see were in rough shape. Both vehicles we looked at were both from Texas and both had MAJOR rust damage on the doors, engine bay, etc. I pointed it out but our salesman gave no explanation. I can't help but think they may have been flood vehicles. I asked about another vehicle I was interested in and he initially told me it was at their other lot. We drove to the other lot with him and then were told, "It's not here." When we were leaving the lot we turned around in their gated back lot area and saw the vehicle I had asked about. The whole experience seemed a bit shady. I personally would not purchase a vehicle here. read more

at 7pm at night required me to add the truck to my insurance before I signed docs. because someone in the past didn't insure a truck and caused accidents. as if they were responsible for it. then exactly 2 weeks after I bought it, I had an oil change done by a licensed mechanic. since there was no oil sticker stating when the last oil change was. the truck broke down within a few days. I haven't even gone through DEQ. The dealership told me because I didnt get the parts from a gmc dealership, like they did, it ruined the engine. however, the oil filter on the truck was from NAPA. it's going to cost me another $3k or so to repair. after I just paid $45k on the truck. the owner is who everyone has to call to ask everything to, no management is allowed to make decisions. no help from any of them. unless I want to pay to have the truck towed 50 plus miles and have their mechanic look at it, and they said I would have to pay to repair too. read more

I've tried communicating with them several times. They'll respond immediately and let me know the vehicle is available, and then when I ask any question about it they refuse to respond. I've been trying for days. If this is the customer service I get over the phone, I'd hate to buy a car from them. read more

This was probably the worst experience I had helping a friend out to look at information for a vehicle. All we wanted to do was look at our options and find out a reasonable price and once we said we weren't sure he was barking down our throats asking us what number didn't make sense to us! We knew how the process worked and the minute we weren't interested he tried getting her to sign a form for the number she wanted but then that meant she had to go through with the deal. This business has two lots in Woodburn. We went to look at an advertised vehicle at the lot address that was advertised but the vehicle was not there. The salesman was very nice but did not speak English. He finally conveyed to us that it was at their other lot. We went to the other lot and even though two salesmen were standing around they completely ignored us for quite some time. We finally had to go hunt one of them down to ask where the vehicle was and were told quite rudely that it had already been sold. It was clear that they had no interest in selling us a vehicle. Was a very uncomfortable experience. Salesman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will definitely NEVER go back here no matter what they have advertised. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that the salesman at the first lot attempted to be helpful. read more
