    Nice decor, ordering kiosks.

I'm always struck when I walk in how clean, bright and cheery it looks. I've only ever gotten take out with the first time being an order at the kiosk thing and the other being online and have always been fully happy with everything. Service is friendly, orders read on time and nicely packaged and delicious tasting. My most recent trip led me to the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and a Ramen dog. Enjoyed all of it and look forward to trying the spicy version of the popcorn chicken next visit.

Tsaocaa is a boba chain that also sells various popular Asian snacks. I heard that this opened not too long ago so I was glad to be in the area to try it. There is plenty of seating inside, as well as bright lighting that is ideal for studying or catching up with friends. Several claw machines and cute keychains and plushes were available inside as well. You can order at the self-service kiosk or the front with a cashier. I got the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and Muscat Grape Yogurt. The Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken was a bit salty yet filling, although I wish it came with a sauce cup to add extra flavor. I tried the Muscat Grape Yogurt at 70% sweetness, but I think getting less sweetness would have been better. It definitely tasted like grape... I think I would try a different fruity flavor next time! Not sure if I am a grape tea girly. Overall, this is a cute place for snacks and boba.

Stop by here after going for lunch at Bao Bao. It's a bright and cute spot to come get a drink and hangout. They have kiosk ordering so you can take you time and browse through their menu. I ordered a mango swirl. The drink was great tasting and had a great balance of taste and sweetness. Overall the experience was good. Drinks wasn't mind blowing but did the job. They have a pretty wide menu from drinks to snacks to meals. Needs to come back and try their food!

This is a cute little boba spot in huntersville, the inside was clean and so cute! Seating is limited so keep that in mind as the spaceis small. You can order on the kiosk, they have so many options for boba tea, chicken, corn dogs, and other treats. You order and they call your order for pick up when ready. We tried the cheese, and BBQ chicken wings. I really enjoyed the bbq and the cheese was something new to try, not my favorite! We tried the fried corn dog with sugar and really liked it! We also ordered some drinks and fries. The Mango Pamelo Sago drink was different for me, it was tasty but I'm not sure I'd order it again. My son enjoyed the passion fruit tea. The food was hot and fresh and our drinks were nice as well. Def plan on coming back to try some new items as they have so many yummy looking items on the menu!

Drinks were SO good and the vibe was so good! Loved how cute it was and was a big hit with the wife. Already can't wait to get back and have another refreshing drink.

Heck yes! So excited they are finally opened in Huntersville! I went on their first soft opening day and it was well worth the wait. The cool the chicken wings to order so that took a while, but I was able to sip on my grapefruit peach tea (with jelly). Yumyum yum! The chicken wings did not disappoint. The best crunch and perfectly sauced. I got 1/2 & 1/2, garlic soy and spicy. That spicy sauce was like tteokbokki sauce, so good! Parking available in the Plaza.

So exciting to have a new boba place in the area! My Thai tea had good flavor, but definitely way too sweet for me. I requested 50% sugar, but it really tasted more like 100%+. Either a mistake was made, or the sweetness level here is very high. The mango slush was good - nothing crazy, just a mango smoothie. I will say, it took a bit for us to get our order. Maybe 15-20 minutes I'd say. Luckily, the ambiance is so cute in here and a great place to sit around. I'll definitely be back to try some other drinks and maybe even some food items.

A cute boba tea shop that offers tasty food options as well. The service was relatively quick and staff were friendly. The boba was good, but as someone who is caffeine sensitive, they didn't have as many caffeine free options as other shops. The food was good thought I wish they gave more Korean fried chicken for the price. I also felt like they could have added more sauce to the chicken. Everything else was great and would love to return again.

My second time here, but first time getting food. The customer service is pleasant, ambiance is nice, and the drinks are good. Highly dissatisfied with the chicken sandwich I received. If you're thinking you'll receive a sandwich similar to the picture on the menu you'll be disappointed. I received two chicken nuggets on a bun, and the chicken was tough. I may venture back again, but only for a drink.

From the moment we walked into Tsaocaa, we were impressed. The ambiance was chill and welcoming and not at all too busy, but with a steady flow of customers that the staff handled effortlessly. It had a clean, modern vibe that made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy some great food. Speaking of food it was actually phenomenal. We ordered the Crème Mango Boba Tea and the Guava Lime Tea, and both were bursting with fresh, vibrant flavor. The boba was perfectly chewy, and the tea itself was smooth and refreshing. We also got 20 boneless wings, and the fact that we could choose up to 4 flavors was awesome (we picked Honey Garlic, Hot & Spicy, and Cheesy and all three were seriously delicious and well-seasoned). The customer service was also top-tier. The girl who took our order was kind, helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. She made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience. Tsaocaa nailed it on every level; great food, great drinks, great vibes, and amazing service. We'll definitely be coming back!

I was super excited for this new tea place to open so I could try. Soon, as I opened the door, I was captivate it instantly by the decor. I knew it was going to be a great experience. The tea options vary from slush, fruit tea, and so on. I decided to go with the oreo tea. I know right! Light ice crumble cookies over the foam layer with fudge syrup around the side and perfectly fixed tapioca. Yummy! I can't stop there. The chicken was cooked to order. We did the 10 piece half soy garlic and sweet spicy. Both had bold flavor through the moist boneless bread chicken. Dang! We also ordered potstick. I could tell they were made in-house with a fresh taste. The food was very good and the staff was friendly too. They even had a toy machine you could play while waiting on your order. I can't wait to go back and try something different. There are many options that will keep you coming back.

Cute place in Huntersville with a selection of fruity drinks and comfort food. Would recommend the spicy popcorn chicken - freshly fried with just the right amount of coating. If you don't have a sweet tooth like me, go with 0% so you still get the sweetness from the fruit but nothing additional.

So excited they're finally open! A few others mentioned their service is a little slow, but that's to be expected with a new opening. The workers have been very friendly every time I've gone. The fruit slushes with foam are so darn good, I can't wait to try more. The popcorn chicken and chicken wings are also delicious. Next on my list is to try the Korean dogs!

Good boba teas, good corn dogs (but they are half cheese/half sausage), accurate order and received it quick. Reasonably priced.

They also put a chocolate covered roasted espresso bean (CCREB) on the little indention on the lid in case you need MORE coffee and chocolate! (and who doesn't). This location seemed new. It had a front entrance but at this location, most people enter in the rear. That's where the parking lot is located. The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. All I get at this chain is hot mochas, so I can't comment on anything else. But I'd imagine the other stuff is good.

But it's also at the end of the strip of shops and near the movie theater, which makes me come to a realization... You get five tiny donuts for $5 (and then they ask for tip on screen and since service was good I obliged) so you could sneak five tiny donuts into the movies and save money on movie snacks and popcorn but the donuts would be gone very quickly and popcorn lasts longer. You probably want the popcorn. Another thing about these donuts is that they are owned by the same guy that owns them at the state fair--not the donuts themselves but the donut booths. And they do taste like state fair donuts. If you're at the state fair, they're sensational. If you're at Birkdale Village, they're small sugary donuts in a really nice-looking trailer. The donuts might also be nostalgic for you as they were for me. My friend in junior high landed a date he had a crush on for two years. The date was at the state fair. I know for a fact they went on the Ferris Wheel and when it stopped at the top, the girl panicked and demanded they rotated the wheel so she could get off the freaking thing. This wish was granted, and that friend ditched her forever. It's also possible that he ate a donut.

They came out nice and warm. My favorite was the cinnamon sugar one. I wasn't a fan of the apple cider because it had a fake apple taste. The chocolate one was too bitter I think because they dusted it in cocoa powder. Overall, the donuts were nothing special and they were very overpriced. For tiny bite sized donuts they were 6 for $5. I probably wouldn't get them again.
