The typical wait is around 20-30 minutes for one drink, and the quality tastes worse than it used to. And if they make a mistake with your order, they don't have time to care. Went in expecting great bubble tea due to the variety of flavors and the high price. Had a terrible experience here. They told me the tapioca pearls had run out after i already paid and asked what I would like as a replacement, stating I could replace it with the crystal jelly. When I told them that's what I wanted, the cashier then again told me that they couldn't offer it to me because it was seasonal and "rare". I then settled with the herb jelly. After getting the tea, I noticed some weird taste and texture and I came home and strained it to see what it could possibly be and found what I've attached in the picture. Best milk tea here in Pittsburgh. We ordered the brown sugar milk tea (added boba in one and herb jelly in the other). Fresh fruit smoothies too, not the powdered kind you can at every Asian restaurant or boba tea place. It's going through a soft opening right now (early July 2020). Needs to work on some kinks. I am not huge on the milk teas just because they always feel too heavy for me but the ones here had this nice and light taste. I got my go to black and gold and I think they put some sort of mango puree or mango chunks in there which gave it really fresh taste. Also something really underrated is the quality of the cups and straws. The cups are a perfect shape for cupholders and aren't made of some cheap plastic that you could crush with the slightest pressure. Tried Brown Sugar Bubble Milk and Brown sugar Black Milk Tea and they were both delicious. The store is clean and drinks were nicely packaged. The only minus point was the long wait despite advance mobile order. I ordered half an hour in advance and still have to wait 15 minutes after arrival. And unlike any other boba shops, they do not offer reward programs or Stamp cards which kinda disappointing. read more

Their specialty items are their fruit drinks! They make slushies as well as green tea with different fruit flavors infused. They also have a decent amount of citrus drinks which are super refreshing. Their milk tea is not as nice but it's not bad. The tapioca pearls are on the chewier side (which I don't prefer) but they're not hard. I am an avid bubble tea lover! I was so excited to see a new bubble tea establishment. We went over a weekend during the pandemic. The only social distancing was that we couldn't use the bathroom. They did not monitor how many folks were coming in. Being a new place, everyone was excited to try it. The tea is wonderful! Very fresh. They have a great selection. But, the wait was extremely long. We waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks. Thinking that was just because it was the weekend, we ventured during the week. We ordered on-line to assure our drinks would be ready. They were, but we didn't read the fine print that even the fresh teas come with milk foam. Really don't like milk tea at all! They were very nice about exchanging it for fruit tea with bubbles. However, when we got our drinks, there were no bubbles. They did remake the drinks. I will head back in a few months to see if things improve. Easily the best boba place I've tried in Pittsburgh! My favorite drink is probably the purple potato milk tea with purple rice. I found they have a ton of unique and delicious options. I love bubble tea and have been to just about every other place and this is the best I've had- so I'd love to give them a higher rating. However, the service was AWFUL! It took 40 min (you read that right) to get our tea and when we did get it, the order was wrong. When I complained about the lengthy weight, they were rude and didn't apologize. Then my re-made drink didn't even have ice in it and my daughter had ordered hers without milk foam, which they added to her re-made drink. It's very expensive and I am willing to pay for such good tea with real fruit chunks- again, the quality of the product is high. Also, it's the height of covid and while everyone was wearing a mask, they didn't enforce social distancing at all- there were too many people in the store.
