Located in the new wing of the Brea mall, this Uniqlo is massive!! With that being said, it's almost so big it's overwhelming lol They have a ton of inventory crammed into every inch of the store, I did notice they also had a lot of sale items scattered throughout as well. The store was pretty decent maintained, clothes were from what I saw all hanging on a hanger or on a shelf (I've been to locations where you see clothes on the floor) Some of the sale items were a really good deal, like basic tees for $10 or less and even graphic and embroidered tees for $15 They have a self checkout area that reminded me so much of how self checkout is in Korea! SHOP WITH CAUTION, I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CENT! Long review but read if you don't want to get hosed also when shopping here... The positives: Clothing quality seems very high with soft and thick fabrics. Store is large and clean and we'll organized. Staff seemed friendly and polite although sparce and hard to locate or identify in the store itself... Side note : (I finally did identify someone who was an employee by going to the fitting room, when I asked him about the return policy, he said something to the effect of "when you buy online, the return policy is..." he paused trying to find the right words, so I helped the poor guy out by jumping in and saying: "a disaster?" he promptly and begrudgingly agreed.) Read on: The "need to knows": prices seem above average to high relative to other stores and relative to what you get... perhaps they are trying to compete with higher end stores...? I am not a huge shopper so I can't really say for sure, hence the reason this fact is not listed as a negative. Sizing is off, not just relative to normal sizes, but even within their own product lines. You really need to try stuff on and not assume a large in product x will fit the same as a large in product y. This is what brings me to the negatives.. The bad: the return policy is vague at best... We purchased online and shipped to store, and of course NOTHING FIT. We had no idea this meant there is absolutely no way to return for a refund. Surely this is stated in some vague return policy section online, but really, what store doesn't allow for a return and why would a client in this day and age think to check that or even fathom a company wouldn't stand by their product? Not only is there no refund but there is also no return for store credit LMAO, yes NO STORE CREDIT even!! What does this mean we asked: you have to find another item for the same price and do a like for like exchange. Guess what? The sizing SUCKS, as noted above, and they did not have ANY of the items we bought online that didn't fit in store for us to just exchange for the size that fit... So we had to wonder around aimlessly for similar priced items to exchange... After about an hour and finally choosing some random overpriced crap we really didint need, as opposed to wasting the $80+ we spent online, we went back to the checkout to try to exchange. The HILARITY continued at this point when our exchange items were like 40 cents Less than the items bought online.. Could we get 40c back? NO Could we just let them keep the 40c? No What could we do? Buy ANOTHER ITEM we don't need and pay the difference. LMAO rufk? So we bought a $6 tote bag from the checkout line and we're out another $5+ as this was basically our lowest cost option. (Not to mention I need another canvas tote like I need a hole in the head) So as we finalized this Ridiculous transaction what does the employee tell us: NOW THIS EXCHANGE IS FINAL SALE!! LMAO.. you gotta be fn kidding me... So after an hour and a half we left with $86 of overpriced items we didn't need and were absolutely stuck with, just lovely. To add to the already unbelievable experience, as my wife and I were dealing with this BS, there was a poor young lady at the checker next to us having essentially the SAME ridiculous conversation... Hers was aggravated further with a gift card or store credit involved which somehow, unsurprisingly, also was causing her purchase to be unreturnable/final sale and not an option to be credited back to her stored value card.. WTF? YEA, AS I SAID IN THE OPENING COMMENT, THATS THE FIRST AND LAST SALE FROM US! read more

Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was so helpful to me and others, offering to grab other sizes for everyone. The item that ended up working out for me was on sale, so I got a better value out of it. I would visit this location again! read more

Have a lot of different character designs for an incredible good value. Really great cotton quality clothing items along being up to trend and styles. Store is really big and spacious. Definitely was a lot of foot traffic. my friends are excited about this shop coming to our local mall. Next to Alley boba shop & Zara on the 1st floor. Parking here at the mall is busy especially since currently under construction of a new parking along with upcoming apartments being built here. read more

I took my daughters to the Brea Mall before their schools started last week, and we also checked out the Uniqlo store there. The store is quite big and it has a lot of selections. They have a lot of cute character designs, but I missed the Minions design last time. They now have kawaii Chikawa tops for adults and kids. I got one for my younger daughter. I wish their prices were cheap like Japan and Hong Kong, though. read more

This Uniqlo location is where the former H&M location, and I think a bit more with the extension/remodel of the exit, which used to be Sears (if I remember correctly). Zara is located directly across from Uniqlo. I was at the mall to pick-up something and it just so happens that Uniqlo was located nearby. There literally is no area of the store that is left bare. The amount of shelves and racks that they crammed into the size of this store is a bit overwhelming. I have been to the NY location many, many years ago, and shop at the Ontario Mills location often. The size of this location is a bit smaller, but the amount of items is comparable to other locations. However, the deals are not comparable to other locations. There were many workers folding clothes and tidying up sections, but not many who really acknowledged its customers. A quick acknowledgement of "welcome" is friendly and inviting. As I was browsing, no employee greeted me, or any other customers. There were a few items on sale, in various places around the store, but I ended up not purchasing anything. Nice to have a Uniqlo in north OC and this one does not disappoint. Built as part of the new extension to Brea Mall, it's modern and clean inside here. I especially like the self checkout option where you literally drop your items inside and get the tally immediately. A couple weekend visits here it's been not-so-busy but that will soon change once DTF opens close by. Selection is good but not seemingly as large as other Uniqlo's I've frequented. Also the 30-day return policy is a bit tight, but understandable given the times. All in all, a solid addition to Brea Mall. read more

I absolutely love shopping at Uniqlo. This store never disappoints! The clothing is good quality. customer service is always great as well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. On top of that, the prices are absolutely worth it for the quality you're getting. I was looking for my size on a long sleeve button up shirt and sweater since the Uniqlo at Ontario Mills I originally went to didn't have my size. Sure enough Uniqlo at Brea mall had my size! Sales people were very helpful and courteous. Tried on to make sure the shirts fit me properly and off I went to sales desk. They had option to use automated register which I used. The service at fitting room is horrible. I understand they don't allow two people in one fitting room, even another one is minors. But I don't understand why I can't stand outside the fitting room!? I never complain about anything. However after trying to return a couple of items that I bought for Christmas at the end of November (with tags on and receipt) I can not help but get the word out as much as possible about the horrific customer service I received. I have spent quite a bit of money at that store only to be told that I could not even be given store credit for 2 sweaters that my daughters did not want. The manager also refused to come out and take care of the issue when the store employee went back to ask for help. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back there again!! read more

As soon as I walked into Uniqlo, we were greeted with a warm hello. I asked her where a few items were and she guided me in the direction where I could find it. I asked another employee a different question and he answered it with enthusiasm and even recommended other items. We went to the fitting rooms and both the girls there were so nice and helpful. One of the girls even went out to get other clothing items I forgot to pick up. Then we headed over to the register to pay and the girl there was so very helpful. Her name was Sheridan and was just the sweetest. It''s been a while since I've been in a store where everyone working there was consistently nice and helpful. Kudos Uniqlo! read more

Came to this mall all the way from Diamond Bar just to check out the new Uniqlo. When I was living in Korea, I always shopped at Uniqlo, so I was really excited to hear a physical store was opening up here. The store did not disappoint--great selection of clothing (as per usual Uniqlo quality) and a nice variety of styles. The layout of the store is well-organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back again for more shopping next time I'm in the area! read more
