She put all of her items on the cart for us to mix it ourselves, and we headed over to the table for mixing. We sat down and my daughter started mixing and I noticed immediately it started staining her skin. Another mom I saw sitting with her daughter said that there was no bathrooms in there and that we could try to get it off with this half used bottle of hand sanitizer, which she was attempting, but that if I needed my slime or sticky to use this other bottle that was also on the table it would've been nice if there were a little bit more guidance on what we were doing and also a fair warning that this was gonna stain our skin despite us washing it at home about 30 times I originally considered this for my daughter's birthday party, but again after looking at some of the reviews and seeing how they double booked people which actually originally happened to us back in October and I booked in the lack of a clean space to wash our hands. There's no way I would book a party here and spend a couple hundred dollars. The fact that if we wanted to wash our hands, we had to walk down to the other end of the mall and go to a food court seems crazy. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. She lent her expertise in picking a weather-appropriate outfit for my husband and gave us ideas for our outfits-she really went above and beyond. We did end up buying some pants and a shirt from here and they were a very light linen material...a bit see-through, but for a desert wedding, they should be perfect. The price was a bit more expensive than I would have hoped for, but Men's clothing always seems to be more expensive than women's. Overall, Morai made our experience great and we'll continue to keep shopping here from time to time!

When my partner did the same, that's when the worker decided to come up to him and say what he did was wrong and that he should either wait and tell her or he's never allowed in the store again. But the girl before us didn't get any treatment or was even addressed the issue that we went through. terrible employees. at least be mindful and careful on how you speak to customers when addressing a concern. For such a large chain retail store I would imagine they would be able to afford good quality air conditioning not only for the customers but for their employees as well. I went inside the store around 10:10am, and i was greeted by a male employee. I stayed in the store to shop around $150 worth clothing for about an hour.. the employee named Robert asked me if i was doing ok and made sure i was finding things right. He also offered me a store bag for my convenience. He was definately nice and cool. Another employee...a female girl also asked if i was doin good. I just assumed all employees were trained well. Until then, everything was good. After an hour, i brought the bag full of clothes..the girl rang me up and put my phone number for customer info. As she was scanning, i noticied an ad showing 20% discount offer starting next week. I asked her if they were able to apply that since im shoppin anyways. If not i wouldve cancel the transaction and came back next week bcuz 20% is obviously alot. She told me since im enrolled to their email list, i have to find the email and show her the coupon. I told her i never received them and as far as i could remember, i havent received any in 2017. She insisted for me to look up the email and find the coupon...and i felt like she wasnt gonna do anything unless i find the coupon. I asked her if there was anyway she could allow the discount...since there will be same discount next week... she did not want to look for other options. I definately felt like she wasnt trained properly to handle these types of situations with the customers. I was feeling lil upset the fact that she was definately not tryin to help me as a customer, but more like IF U DONT HAVE A COUPON, YOU WONT GET A DISCOUNT attitude. She did not disrespect me , nor gave me an attitude, but there was a sense where anyone couldve tried to resolve this matter better. But all of sudden, Robert saw what was goin on and gave her a employee only code to get me the 20% discount. Tada! I knew he was nice guy. I think Robert is the floor manager , the way he was running the store. It took off almost $30 from my original total and as i was about to leave, i thanked Robert for his help. I was sick all week and drowsy..but Robert made my day from leavin the store pissed to .. leaving the store with thankful mind. I definately did not deserve it. The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.
