I returned to get my mats washed due to them being sprayed with air freshener and staining my mats. I talked to Jose. As the owner instructed me too and he still charged me on my car wash!!! and said he's giving me a deal because he wasn't gonna charge me for my mats being washed which is five dollars each. And took 5$ off my charge! I showed him the message from the owner and he said, I still have to charge you. And to make sure come back. I'm waiting for my vehicle as I type this and there is no way I will never be back to this car wash again. Went in waited about 5 minutes before getting out to see if anyone was going to assist...lady said she was helping the boss out.. she was pleasant. Said that if I could pay cash cause the card reader sometimes charges twice (should've left then). I have the residue from when buying the car and asked her if they could remove it and I'd pay extra if needed. She didn't have an option for but still charged an additional $10 to get it removed. I walked over to Panda Express had some lunch, then walked over to dollar tree. I was gone a little over an hour, got there waited an additional 10-15 minutes. Guy says car is done, COOL! I say hey I paid an additional $10 for the window gunk to be removed... asks for my receipt (was never offered, but also I wouldn't even think to take it), I tell him I don't have it but that the lady didn't give one. I also ask if they wipe seats (the did an ok job to the back) and the guy rudely says lady do you really think for $50 you're getting it detailed. I said what!!! I explain again that I paid extra to get the gunk off the window and he goes on about how he's not detailing my car for $50 and starts wiping my window at that point I just wanted him out of my car. I matched his energy, unfortunately I had to yell at him to get out of my car cause I wasn't going to spend another moment with this guy. I went to Tsunami Car Wash recently to have my car washed and given extra TLC for the service I selected (the enhanced wash and clean). They were amazing. Jose was very intent of providing the service I requested and staff worked very hard . They checked and re-checked their work throughout the service. There seems to be only 1-2 guys working there and they are in no hurry. After my car was done I had to request all the bugs be cleaned off bumper. The person who happened to pull in 2 min after me had to wait about 20-30 min before their car even was put thru washer. $30 dollars for suboptimal wash and slow as . They do a decent job washing my car (I've been coming here for over a year now and have the monthly membership), however the experience of coming here is why I've given the 3 stars. The A/C has been down for months and when I questioned the employees on what's going on, apparently the owner refuses to fix it. It's burning up in the waiting room and I am pouring sweat by the time I get my car back. Additionally, they consistently take forever to give me my car back after washing it, which I find frustrating. I would probably take my business elsewhere where they care more about customer service. read more

It took over an hour for my car to go through the wash. They left it running for over 1/2 an hour with no other cars in site. I checked on it on the lady at the register says they vaccine it first. Don't all car washes vacuum cars first ? It's been 60 minutes still waiting... Some of us are not retired and do not have this. Also absolutely not family friendly. After having horrible service four months ago, I thought I would give them one more chance. Called the phone number this morning at 7 AM and the answering machine said they would open at 8 AM and also they are posted for 8 AM on the website. Get there at 7:45 AM. Nobody is there wait in line until 810 when the first guy shows up comes and locks the door behind him 815 to more people show up. I have now been there 30 minutes. At 8:20 they roll up the door in the back and one guy comes out and I ask him. What time do you open your posted at 8 AM and he tells me anywhere between 815 and 830 we will be ready to help you in 45 minutes. That means I have now will be sitting for one hour. Don't think I wanna wait any longer. I'm going to quick quack for now on you guys. Just absolutely suck. read more

When it was done I inspected & I literally have to dictate that the inside doors, sides, seats, side glove compartment (which is totally empty), and almost everything needs to be wipe off. I ran my fingers and it was still so dusty & dirty. How hard is it to clean the inside of a vehicle with a towel !! my goodness, I wonder why they have no customers. And yet I tipped. 2019 Dec 30: I'm a firm believer in quality, customer service and follow-through however this establishment failed me. After paying for a wash and wax somehow the throttle cable on my BMW became disconnected. My car was taken down the street to have it reconnect by the mechanics at the shell gas station. That never occurred so now I will have to follow up with Tsunami car wash tomorrow. This has caused me to waste my entire day and hopefully, they are available to assist me tomorrow. (DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE) 2019 Dec 31 Update: The issue is still not resolved. The carwash is attempting to rely on mechanics from the neighboring jiffy Lube to deliver diagnosis for the problem. A different mechanic found the root cause to be from the car wash. I will continue to update this review as it develops as an operations manager for a top e-commerce company I'm a firm believer in customer service and resolving issues. 2019 Jan 02 I received contact from the general manager via yelp messaging asking To "change the review. " My issue is still not resolved as a disabled veteran with a service animal this is unsatisfactory service. I now have to pursue another way of having the damages handled. I will continue to update this site as events unfold. Once again in the Best Interest of your vehicle use one of the neighboring car washes. Bring your gas card and it's half off, so I got their top of the line wash which includes inside vacuum and wipe for $17 ( tax included ). Secondly The front desk guy (frank) was super kind, professional which is always a plus. And third it was quick, in n out in about 30 minutes and I didn't break a sweat trying to wash my own car and struggle getting the bugs off my windshield. Had a pretty good experience for my first visit. I got the super clean package which was a steep 59.99 plus $10 for truck and -$5 manager discount. Price was steep but my truck was horrible inside and out from summer beach trips and what not. Took about an hour and 10 minutes, very fair amount of time to wait. Guys we're out there busting their butts in the 110+ degree heat. The outside of the truck looked super clean after the wash, the tire and rims were nice and shiny, that didn't last very long at all. It didn't bother me much because my truck sees a good amount of dirt roads and I have the standard rims on them. But to others I can see it being a little upsetting. The Interior of the truck looked AMAZING. It was more clean than when I got it from the dealership. The interior was what I was more concerned about. They did a excellent job with it. Only thing I did not like are the prices at this location are pretty steep. I don't think I will do regular washes here but next time I need a real good detail done again I will be back. read more

Highly recommend. I was not sure how this would turn out based on reviews but my car was screaming to be cleaned. The place wasn't busy so I was able to negotiate a discount which allowed me to add the hand wax. It was totally worth it! The car looks like brand new inside and out. Normally you see where the car wash took short cuts but I don't seem to see any here. I am impressed and will be back. I hope I will get the same results next time! read more

One star is 10 too many for this business. I tried to get my car washed yesterday and after 35 minutes of waiting and not seeing my car in the queue yet I went to find other cars suddenly ahead of mine. When I asked the guy vacuuming he lied and said they were ahead of me, which was strange as I saw them in my review mirror as I waited. The people that dry the cars just walked around with no plan of finishing one car, a little on this one and little on that one. The guy that worked there, in a blue velour track suit with white leather shoes consoled me by saying it wasn't my fault, oh thanks! When I asked the female brain surgeon behind the counter for a refund, while the vacuum guy drove my car out of line, she could not make the system work to issue me a refund. It did take quite awhile to finish the car, but the inside of my car was disgusting from my twins and it looked completely detailed when they were done. Of course it grab get up to the delicious $65 dollar wash but if you are in a hurry , you can vacuum your car your self for free and run in through ( while you sit in car) For like 5 dollars and change.
